We did not really drive around that much distance wise, but knew we were going to drink, and did not want to drive. Stephan was our driver, and he was sooo nice! He called when he got to our hotel to let him know he arrived, and to let him know when ready. We called him, and when got downstairs, she showed us everything in the car, like how to work the lights, and if we wanted to plug in our own music. And so happy they provide water, as knew we were going to need that later! We had a couple of stops, and each time he was very gracious in getting the door for all of us. When ready to get picked up, we called him and told him where we were (as we did a bar crawl in Round Rock), and he was very prompt in finding us and getting us back into the car, and back to hotel safely! That aside, Limos of Austin provided excellent service in setting up my ride and being at my location ahead of time. It was an early start (4:30 am pickup for the airport) but my driver kept me informed and sent a text to me when he arrived. The vehicle was an older Escalade, clean but a bit tired. The drive was pleasant and suitably talkative but knew when to quiet the conversation. I got to my destination early. Good service and the price was on par with other Austin services. Recommended.
