You will get in trouble for everything and they will threaten to kick you out over the smallest things. They have a stick up their butt and get pissed off about anything and everything. If you want to live here, you will have to walk on eggshells hoping that everything you do in your day-to-day life will not piss off this woman.

Who text me almost every week with something I was doing wrong and the text wouldn't just state the problem but would have the word "immediately". When she told me I was going faster than 10 miles per hour I took acceptance because I was always looking and the bumps in the road, its impossible to go faster. I sent her a text expressing my concern I was having with feelings of being watched (single female). Apparently she has some tenants who were watch dogging because her own eyes couldn't see everything. She also made a comment of me using the word "tattle telling" and how childish that was. Always felt someone was watching me and I was on pins and needles, never knowing if my neighbors were friend or foe. I have to state the grounds are nice and I had 3 yorkies and I was only suppose to have 2, I just left a home and never lived in a trailer. We all were adjusting. She evicted me which was fine, but then she brought me the eviction letter and said something to me and I tore that letter up and told her to stop harassing me. She said I had 24 hour to leave, which she can't do. I believe my last electric bill was high but I just wanted out of there. Had moved the trailer and had 1 more day to move the last things, but I guess a ternate came and helped themselves to what they wanted.

It didn't cost much, had both 35 and 50 hookups, water, plumbing, very level. I believe it was $25, and when I asked about a check-out time, the gentleman who runs the place basically shrugged and said not to worry about it. The playground was just fine, lots of trees, very quiet. The few people I saw smiled at my kids (for once, they were being quiet and walking nicely, that must have fooled them) and waved. There's a garden close to the river, we left that alone, and a cleared path along the river if you feel like going for a walk. I had intended to go wading, as this particular river is wide and shallow. This is maybe half, to one mile east of Mankin's Crossing at highway 29, and one and a half to two miles west of Jonah. Although their website lists "River access," and I'm sure you could manage it if you were bound and determined, I didn't feel like jumping down a sharp 3 foot bank, and the river wasn't high enough just then, so there was pond scum... Not the fault of the RV park, but still not as great as I was hoping. Dogs are ok, as long as they aren't barkers, not that we had one to bring. I wouldn't stay for a long time, though, as in the 13 years I've lived nearby, I've seen this place flood drastically, twice.

After all the questions, the manager asked in a rude tone: "And do you also have children?" After this question we just closed the car door and drove away. The park is not high top, but it was supposed to be a cozy place. There is a lot of dissatisfaction with the management and manager due to the age of the camper, although the camper itself is in very good condition, clean and without leaks. Our daily ride-working vehicle is nothing about to invite clients or friends into park location. A work bus runs outside the RV park grounds. Don't recommend this place!

I can save you some time...if you are a dog owner, BEWARE!…read more When you go to reservations, you can't actually get a reservation. You give them all your info and they will get back with you. We have been at dozens of RV parks with our three dogs and this has never happened. In the questionnaire, they ask if you have pets. Being an honest guy, I said yes...three mixes. Couple hours later, got an email back, with no thanks whatsoever with in inquiry, but asked "What breed are the mixes?" I did respond, as asked, and this guy flat out said "We can't help you." If there is any grey area whatsoever, please see the snapshot of the email exchange...which after asking a couple more questions, this guy had no courage to respond. My money is as good as the next, and I have a really big mouth. Evidently, this place can afford to pick and choose. Good luck...and I really don't mean that.

I called him everyday to keep him in formed of our problem. He was not a pleasant man to talk to. He acted like I was bothering him. We finally got our motorhome on the last night so we drove to the rv park and arrived at about 3:45 pm. There was no one there, and the office was closed. We reserved a pull through site because we were oull a 21' trailer with a side by side and towing a car. When we got to our site, he had switched it to back in site that was short for our rig. We had to unhook to get everything to fit. We got up early to get on the road because we had a 11 hour ride to get to our next park. David called me around 8:40 when I went to oil k up the ccall the phone disconnected so I called him back right away. When he answered he said you just hung up on me. I apologized, and he said you snuc k out of Gere without paying. I told him m I thought we had already paid on his site he you didn't pay we only take cash or check. I told him I would put in the mail at our next stop. He hung up on me. This man is a grouchy old man. The pool was closed and the shower floors were filthy. The entrance has big dip, so be careful pulling you. Don't scrap the bottom of your motorhome or trailer.
