The canvas print was damaged during the move (worn off around the edges), along with other furniture items. We filed a claim since we had purchased their insurance coverage. During the claims process, they requested a repair estimate, which we provided, but their offers remained below the quoted repair cost. Communication was also very slow. Weeks would often pass between responses, and revised offers would appear with little or no explanation, usually only about $50 higher than the previous one. As of today, 7 months later, my mother still has not received compensation for the damaged artwork or furniture. We certainly would never use them again.
