Did someone say cameras are everywhere EXCEPT for the children's classrooms, why would that be?? RED FLAG! Lead teacher provided false information to my family member after an incident report involving their child. Additionally, staff failed to report an incident involving their child until the parent questioned the staff and director. Online meals percentages for the children is measured as "Some, All or None" is that measurable? Kids were literally shaking hungry at 5pm. Always thirsty! So so ssd! Kids were removed from this chaos asap! Building looks nice, but the staff is not.

It was due to their words that I trusted Desert Dreams Daycare with my baby. Honestly, I am very happy with how well my baby/toddler is doing and learning in their care. It wasn't until my son started having seizures that knew without a doubt that I had chosen the right place for him. Director Stephanie recognized his situation right off hand and continues to do so in the event of him having an episode. Because of that not only has my son recieved the medical attention that he needed, but they even consult with a wellness Nurse to continue to learn his ailment and to continue to teach all of the teachers there what to look for. They are still having their staff attend meetings to learn about not only, my child, but any child that might have a medical emergency. I can not be grateful enough to have a place that would actually take classes to better equipt their employees to handle our babies with not only what they're already teaching, but for emergency medical response. My son's specialists are in awe with how smart and well my two year old is doing through his daycare, as they mentioned how good his daycare must be. Personally, as his mother, I love every teacher I've met there. I would recommend Desert Dreams.

She and her staff have been absolutely amazing even when my kids have bad days. I would not take my kids anywhere else I can not express my gratitude enough for them. The staff is amazing and really care about the kids, they take them outside (under like 95) to play on the playground in the back. They give them breakfast, snacks, and lunch all you need to bring is diapers, wipes, a sheet and blanket for nap time, and an extra set of clothes. As at any daycare kids get sick but they have great policies to help control them if someone starts spreading anything. If you kid ahead a fever when it starts to go above normal they let you know so if they do need to be sent home you have time to plan incase that happens. All around great communication! They have parties for all the holidays and just a fun environment for kids. I highly recommend you looking at them if you're looking at having kids in daycare and I can't say enough good things about them!

My daughter started in January 2023 at 13 months old. I love that this center has a separate one year old room, so both of my kids attend the same place. The teachers know my children well and take great care of them. The one year old room teacher is especially amazing! She is so calm, patient, and caring. She sends pictures every day on the procare app along with a summary of their daily activities. I am simply amazed by how much my daughter has learned about colors, counting, animals, etc, at less than 2 years old! Both of my kids get to do lots of hands-on learning and art projects. The outside area is big with lots of toys and room to run around. The front office staff is super friendly and communicates well. They do a wonderful job of accommodating my daughter's milk allergy.
