We absolutely love the staff here and so do both of our sons. I'm not much for reviews but after seeing some of them on here I thought I'd share my experience with them over the last two years. The staff is amazing and really care about the kids, they take them outside (under like 95) to play on the playground in the back. They give them breakfast, snacks, and lunch all you need to bring is diapers, wipes, a sheet and blanket for nap time, and an extra set of clothes. As at any daycare kids get sick but they have great policies to help control them if someone starts spreading anything. If you kid ahead a fever when it starts to go above normal they let you know so if they do need to be sent home you have time to plan incase that happens. All around great communication! They have parties for all the holidays and just a fun environment for kids. I highly recommend you looking at them if you're looking at having kids in daycare and I can't say enough good things about them! read more

I enrolled my Children at We Love Kids years ago and also became an employee. Not every childcare and employer may be perfect. My children met their milestones and learned great social skills they're older now. Years later I enrolled my youngest baby and the staff here has always been caring and consistent. This is our first time having to take our son to a daycare. It's a stressful situation trying to make a decision that you can trust and feel comfortable with. I did my research and I am very grateful for We Love Kids. When I first called them to gather information, they were very helpful and friendly. They answered my questions before I was able to ask them, which made me feel at ease. We met with Roberta and took a tour, we immediately felt comfortable. AMAZING staff, my daughter started at 3 months, she then became very social and she is now almost 2 and still have the same traits ! The staff was so welcoming every time I dropped her off or even picked her up. They would love to see my daughter everyday and was a very clean environment! This place is horrible, if you love your children don't put them in daycare here! My son was in the infant and 1 year old room, the infant I never really experienced anything horrible but the teachers did not have much to say. When he was in the 1 year old room there were numerous times I had went in and caught a staff member being disrespectful to mine and others children. They hardly ever changed his diaper every time I picked him up he was in a diaper that was full. The center it's self smells horrible and when you walk in the door they tell the teachers over an intercom who's parent is there and it made me feel like they were warning the teachers to be nice to the kids. The final straw with this place is when I noticed a bruise on my son that looked like adult fingers... just so your children a favor and find a different center for them. read more

Here's my update- my son attended here from 10 months to 4 years old (and only quit attending because I took a different job closer to home and the childcare wasn't near me any longer). He is now 6 and in kindergarten and still talks about We Love Kids. Any childcare will have some incidents with injuries in childcare- biting or scratches, but that's the extent and rare. That happened maybe 3x in 4+ years. They were always wonderful with him, he loved it there and was comfortable there, I loved the hours and the flexibility of the facility. I enrolled my first son here when he was only a couple months old, that was 9 years ago! I then enrolled my 2nd and 3rd child when they were ready. My little brother also attended here when he was a child. A year ago I moved all the way across town but continued to bring my kids to this center because I trust and love the owner and staff so much. Unfortunately I made the decision to put them in a daycare next to my work since I only have one child remaining in daycare as the older two go to school now. I just want to let everyone know that this daycare is AMAZING! I never felt like my kids were not safe or not being cared for properly. The teachers there are so sweet and my kids loved them. They do Christmas concerts every year that I always looked forward to. They prepared my older sons for Kindergarten when it was time and they were basically the ones to potty train all three kids!! I will forever be grateful for the staff at We Love Kids and we will miss them SO much! We will make sure to stop by when we can to say Hi! Thank you to everyone that had a part in my children's lives!!! You guys are the best!!! read more

Do not bring your child here. My child was constantly sick. She caught pneumonia from the school. They were charging me for weeks she was in the hospital and out of school because of the illness. The payment system is fucked up. They want a card on file so they can over charge you $35 plus another $10 each week you are late. The owner is collecting all of this extra money by overcharging parents. The staff look like they are starving and struggling to survive while she comes to the center looking like queen rich. read more

It typically is not clean, smells bad, has to many kids and not enough qualified staff. More importantly, a little more than a year ago my son came home with a big bruise on his ribs. When I asked him what happened he told me that one of the teachers hit him for having an accident. When I reported it they immediately denied that it happened, refused to acknowledge my concerns and moved the offending staff member out of my son's classroom. Since my son had a habit of renaming people and later refused to talk about it because he didn't want to get anyone in trouble I felt like there was nothing I could do but remove him from that facility. Please note that another family had posted a (Google) review about abuse at this facility at the hands of the daycare staff. That post appears to have been removed. My previous Google review was also removed. I understand that things may have changed but abuse of children should never be overlooked or dismissed. Prior to my boys who are 5 and almost 3 going to this daycare I have had interaction as my husbands older 2 boys go to this daycare. I have loved this daycare since my step-sons have been going here. Hence why my boys when daycare became something needed started going to this daycare. The staff at the front knows me and my husband and all the kids in the 2 families combined by heart. They are always polite. The teachers are amazing and have always taken care of my boys well and further more are willing to talk with you on how to get your child prepared for kindergarten. If it was not for this daycare and my 5 year olds teacher I would not know the things she feels he struggles with as well as does incredible with. We had one hiccup and that was handled professionally, as well thanks to the daycare for having cameras it was something that was well documented. For those parents who even question this place your crazy. They are very friendly and take care of the kids to the best of their abilities and if anything is ever questioned they have the ability to check cameras. In which not all daycares have cameras. I know I could never imagine taking my boys from this daycare and I know its the right fit when my boys cry on the weekends that they will miss there teachers. Or better yet when my boys are out with me for a day and they want to just stop by and go hug their teachers. I would say they have a great impact on the kids. read more

My son went there when he was younger, and really had no issues but he was little older, I started to bring my daughter there, she was there for 5 months. I had issues with them putting some one else diaper on her which she got a rash from, also she was dirty when I picked her up her face had food all over it, her clothes dirty. she had some one else socks on one day, she always had bite marks on her. all the time. they stapled her diaper together which wasn't even her own diaper again. they tore it and instead of getting another one they stapled it together, I know some one who works there and her little brother goes there and he got lice No One was contacted no letters sent home, no calls.it smells like urine in there every day. its dirty. we pulled her out of there right away I don't recommend this place to any one. staff never addressed any of my concerns I had. read more

My son goes here and he likes it very much he is only 13 months old and gets great interaction with the teachers the class sizes are good. Only thing taht would make this place great is iif they opened sundays. read more

DO NOT EVER! I mean EVER leave your kids here.. My son was there for 3 days and I refuse to bring him back! Day 1: I witnessed 4 boys brawling in the corner. They were choke slamming each other, punching in the face, kicking and crying. The teach ignore it for a solid 4 minutes. Once I walked in she walked over to the kids and began to yell at them. Like literally she was screaming!!! She keep telling the kids "I said to put bubbles in your mouth! Sit down and be quite now!" I told the director and she was a con artist. She knew exactly what to say in order to insure me it was taken care of. Day 2: I witnessed the reach of the 1 years old classroom aggressively grab the baby and change him while he cried, absolutely no comforting! Then I saw the 1 year old (who could barley walk) walk down the hallway while the teacher yelled at one child "use your walking feet!" She yelled aggressively as the child cried for his mother Day 3: I was watching my son through the window and in the corner of the room there was a boy and girl crying over a toy. The teacher walked over there, without words, grabbed the child, drug the little girl across the room and tossed her on the bean bag. I walked in and confronted the teacher and she lied to my face. The director then begged me not to take my son out and begged for a second chance. I would be CRAZY to bring my son there again!! NEVER EVER will he go back. My son has been going to we love kids childcare since he was about 6 months old, I absolutely love this daycare. Receptionist is so kind, helping and I feel comfortable with telling Lilly everything ! Everything my son knows he got from daycare ! He is now almost 2 years old and knows how to do some sign language ! Very awesome:) he can count to 5. I have never had any issues since he's been here, besides when you bring in diapers, wipes, blankets, bottles..ECT. Make sure you put your child's name on it! I feel like they do need to have a meeting before shift change so they know what's going on with the kids through out the day so that next staff member knows if your child took a nap, if they ate .. Or whatever else. That is the only thing I would say that irritates me. Other than that... The staff is awesome! The childcare DOES NOT smell like the other posts has said, and to the reply to the lady that said they let the staff member know you're coming to pick up the child is to let the staff member get your child's belongings, have your child changed so you don't wait long! They have cameras for a reason! You can request to review them at any time!! The other day, I walked in to sneak on my son to see what he was doing and he and 5 other kids were dancing and singing with the staff that was singing children songs.. Seriously the cutest thing ever!!! Also, I had told Lilly (receptionist) I was starting to potty train my son and she had said they actually help with that whenever my son and I are ready to do so! Which again, is helpful for me so I can do that on my days off work as well! My son looks at the staff members like family! He adores everyone here.. His big smile when he sees some of the staff he knows This childcare is absolutely the best and I wouldn't want my son any where else! read more
