On the radio shack side they have some of the electronic items that I look for. Customer service, however, is a 50/50 issue. If you talk to the older lady, you are wasting your time. She does not know anything and usually ends up asking the other sales lady there. The younger girl knows what you need and helps you get it fast and simple. If you are in the market for a new TV converter box, don't go there. The ones they sell now come from and are made specifically for Mexico. The original ones they sold were the best but apparently this RadioShack can't get those anymore.

I used my debit card and was charged an additional 20.00 to my card for a 6.75 purchase...I called the business to inquire about the 20.00 charge and was told that they routinely put a 20.00 hold on your card if you use a bank card to make a purchase and it should come off in a few business days. I was told that there was sign stating this on the machine...If said sign exists then it is not clearly posted in a high visibility area...I don't like or want to do business with a company that tries to deceive or use sketchy business tactics...If I had not checked my bank statement and found this discrepancy it more that likely would have gone unnoticed and the 20.00 charge would have remained...I my opinion this is possibly fraudulent and borderline illegal...either way Northside Cleaners you have lost my business.
