During check out, she approached the front end check-in / checkout and started screaming to the staff about allowing medical representatives access to medical supplies. She ranted about not saving anyone's position and allowing them to fall on the sword to save her position. This rant was loud, belligerent and demeaning. She went from the front to the back, then again to the front. BULLY that has no place in a professional environment. This should have been addressed during an office meeting where that tone would have been put in check by the doctors or in an office memorandum where the BULLY had time to write, read, think and rewrite a conducive positive message. No one should have to work in such a toxic environment. I searched for My Care Medical contact number and for direct to Joshua Smith, but to no avail, so I've resorted to this post. This practice needs to be corrected ASAP. This conduct isn't impressive to patients, existing or new.

Dr. Donovan operated on my wrist here, at Trinity Medical Arts Building, in the early morning hours. This is an exceptional facility, with caring staff who know what they are doing. From paperwork, to gown, to survey (I was not awake when Dr. Donovan put a titanium plate and 9 pins in my right wrist), I was treated with compassion and professionalism. When I was awake and coherent, I felt much better. I was in and out in record time. Kudos who helped me prepare for surgery, who assisted Dr. Donovan during surgery, and helped me after surgery so I could return home in record time. I was also impressed when a nurse called me later in the day to inquire about my recovery. My diagnosis, this surgery, and my follow ups with Dr. Donovan were wonderful, and I highly recommend him and this facility!

But sometimes, there are mixups. For whatever reason my HSA card wasn't working. I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone, so I had to leave with no help. I'd already had a bad migraine for 2 days. This did not help. I'd been there multiple times recently and had no issues with payment. But getting billed was not an option, so zero medical attention for me. I guess it's really not urgent "care." It's more urgent payments, then see what happens. I suppose it's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's very unpleasant when you're already not feeling well. There were other small issues, but nothing as disappointing as today bad experiences.

The manager and front desk girls were amazing as well, keeping everything running smoothly and making me feel truly taken care of from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how well everyone worked together as a team when things got hectic. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients and about supporting each other, and that made a huge difference in my experience. On top of all that, the facility is extremely clean, which always makes me feel even more comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving. The building is ultra functional to have everything under 1 roof. I can't say enough about the staff, they really go above & beyond the call of duty!
