During check out, she approached the front end check-in / checkout and started screaming to the staff about allowing medical representatives access to medical supplies. She ranted about not saving anyone's position and allowing them to fall on the sword to save her position. This rant was loud, belligerent and demeaning. She went from the front to the back, then again to the front. BULLY that has no place in a professional environment. This should have been addressed during an office meeting where that tone would have been put in check by the doctors or in an office memorandum where the BULLY had time to write, read, think and rewrite a conducive positive message. No one should have to work in such a toxic environment. I searched for My Care Medical contact number and for direct to Joshua Smith, but to no avail, so I've resorted to this post. This practice needs to be corrected ASAP. This conduct isn't impressive to patients, existing or new.

I came in by ambulance because of an acute attack of diverticulitis by ambulance. No rooms were available so I was placed on a very comfortable gurney in the hall. The entrance is about 100/150 feet away and today it is 53 degrees. Whenever that door opens a rush of very cold air comes in and adds to an already cold hallway. If they need to put people in the hall don't do it on the entrance path. I was in the hallway approximately 3 hours but my nurse made sure I had a blanket. The CAT scan tech was great too. My suggestion is add on more rooms this is Florida where we old people go to die but not by pneumonia.

HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter. Because she was 25, unmarried, and had no children, Florida's 'Free Kill' law strategically blocked me from pursuing legal recourse to ensure the hospital and its physicians are held accountable so the harm does not continue. Dr. Donovan operated on my wrist here, at Trinity Medical Arts Building, in the early morning hours. This is an exceptional facility, with caring staff who know what they are doing. From paperwork, to gown, to survey (I was not awake when Dr. Donovan put a titanium plate and 9 pins in my right wrist), I was treated with compassion and professionalism. When I was awake and coherent, I felt much better. I was in and out in record time. Kudos who helped me prepare for surgery, who assisted Dr. Donovan during surgery, and helped me after surgery so I could return home in record time. I was also impressed when a nurse called me later in the day to inquire about my recovery. What really stood out was how well everyone worked together as a team when things got hectic. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients and about supporting each other, and that made a huge difference in my experience. On top of all that, the facility is extremely clean, which always makes me feel even more comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving. But sometimes, there are mixups. For whatever reason my HSA card wasn't working. I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone, so I had to leave with no help. I'd already had a bad migraine for 2 days. This did not help. I'd been there multiple times recently and had no issues with payment. But getting billed was not an option, so zero medical attention for me. I guess it's really not urgent "care." It's more urgent payments, then see what happens. I suppose it's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's very unpleasant when you're already not feeling well. There were other small issues, but nothing as disappointing as today bad experiences.

The building is ultra functional to have everything under 1 roof. I can't say enough about the staff, they really go above & beyond the call of duty!
