If you have never built before first thing to know there will always be some headaches along the way, but it is how the company handles those that makes all the difference. Premier is doing a fantastic job, our superintendent either calls or comes out tot he job site at least once a day to check the progress o the build, and provide us with updates. He seems to be greatly concerned about keeping us within our budget, and if one of our selections happens to be over budget then he is working on way to either get it under budget or educate us on another option that will give us the same look but keep us in budget. So far all of the contractors that we have come in contact with have been extremely courteous to both myself and my family. Most everything that has been completed so far looks very well and is built very well. PCH built our dream home 2 years ago. I am a business owner so doing research and talking to previous customers was part of the process that I did with each builder. Premier has been fabulous to work with! Our house has high-end finishings and we're able to monitor the progress every step of the way. Mark, the owner, always called to check in on everything and make sure the build was going as planned. Jennifer and Kelly, in the office, are great to work with and very responsive. The invoice process is great and we have extreme transparency into the costs and materials that go into our house. As with any construction project there are always bumps along the way but the staff was quick to work with us to make it all right. If anything was looking to be over budget it was communicated and their staff worked with the subcontractors to get the costs as low as was feasible. A major shout out to my superintendents also, Patrick and Coty. Any time of day I had a question I could text or call. Everyone just wanted the best for us and our build. I have never been a huge review writer but this company deserves nothing but the BEST! I was ready to build my retirement home down by the lake, I had met with Mark about a year ago at a home and outdoor garden show. He was so laid back and not pushy at all. He told me that when I was ready to build to just give him a call. The process was amazing and so easy for someone who has never built you truly have someone there for you the whole time and even though they have other homes to build they make you feel like you are the only one they are building for. The reason for my review is I had to call Mark to ask him who did some plumbing work b/c I needed something worked on and even though I have lived in my house for a year now he was willing to make that phone call and set up an appointment for me. We just recently moved into our beautiful custom home! I truly loved this process, everyone told us building a custom home can be so stressful with all the hidden fees. Not with Premier on of my favorite things is how structured the budget was and I was aware of the cost of every item before I made any decision. This way if I wanted to go over budget I knew the exact amount, but if I was under budget I was able to use that to save on another decision. We truly controlled the budget on our selections which was amazing. Anytime we had questions or if an issue would arise there was always someone to communicate with get a resolution. We went into to this process with only ideas on a piece of paper. Mark and his team at Premier were able to turn our thoughts and ideas to our reality! We built our new home with Premier Custom Homes, the build took a little over 7 months due to weather :( However, Our home is gorgeous, the process was so easy, making the decisions on which tub I wanted was probably the hardest decision I had to make! The system that Mark has developed made the process very simple for us. Our Superintendent Cory did most of the heavy lifting, setting up the work. Our home is everything we wanted. Fantastic service! Premier built the home we wanted, on time and with marvelous quality. There was only one little issue and Premier sent somebody out that same day and fixed it, no charge. They have Ipad that let you track everything that is going on in real time. Premier has won the Reader's Choice Award for a number of years for good reasons. I recently was in a new home to install a new ice maker . When I was talking with this customer they said they moved in about two months ago and they had money left over in their construction loan so wanted to purchase a under the counter ice maker . I made a comment on how beautiful their home was and they mentioned that they loved it and Premier Custom Homes was who built it.
