I had been going to the same optometrist and had the same prescription for years, but then developed itchiness with my contacts and decided to try somewhere new. I was so frustrated and thought my only option was LASIK, but he patiently answered all my questions. Not only did he find me contacts that didn't bother my eyes (giving samples to make sure they worked before I purchased) but also changed my prescription slightly and I couldn't believe the difference in my vision! They have such a huge selection of glasses that it's difficult to pick just one frame! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, even helping me choose which fit my face best. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appt and they always make sure to greet you and help you look around or help you to a cup of tea/coffee. I had recently moved to Tennessee and found Dr. Fry through his reviews. I was a little worried about having a new eye doctor but those all went away when I had my appt. Dr. Fry uses new researched technology to be able to see every aspect of your eye, which is very thorough. Being a part of the medical field myself this was awesome to me. Dr. Fry was very friendly and worked with me about my concerns. He allowed me to test out a few new contacts before I bought them to see which ones felt most comfortable with my dry eyes. The rest of the staff is incredible and can the office looks amazing. I was able to schedule my appts. easily around my busy work schedule. I got some really nice Coach frames for a good deal and I always go back and have my glasses adjusted which is nice since I'm not the most conscious about not bending them. I had my annual visit yesterday (8/3/2018), and it was my first time at the new building. The place is beautiful, and the same wonderful staff provided an outstanding experience. I was in and out in a very short time, including fantastic help in picking out a new set of glasses ( lenses and frames). Dr Fry and his friendly staff carried out an extensive examination and determined that a few issues had not gotten any worst. Overall, the experience was exceptional.
