On May 27, 2026 I visited this location and upon exiting the car wash I discovered significant…read moredamage to my 2024 Acura RDX including chips and cracks in my windshield, damage to my moonroof, scratches on my rear glass, and damage to my mirrors, emblems, and light covers. The assistant manager (I will leave her name off) viewed the damage firsthand and acknowledged that the business should take ownership and responsibility for the repairs. I was asked to leave without a formal incident report being filed and was promised a call from the district manager within 48 hours. That call never came. This is an expensive, nearly new vehicle and the damage is actively getting worse. I have documentation of everything including photos, video, and recorded conversations from the day of the incident. I am sharing this publicly because I have been patient, cooperative, and reasonable and have received nothing but silence in return. No proper incident report. No follow up. No accountability. I sincerely hope the appropriate leadership reaches out to make this right. When and if this situation is resolved professionally and fairly I will gladly update this review to reflect that. Until then I feel it is important that other customers know what happened here and that proper documentation and follow through are not guaranteed when damage occurs at this facility. UPDATE: they denied the claim but I have the video recording of the assistant manager Katie admitted that they "f'd up" and that their systems went down and how she has not been properly trained on a lot of things! I will make sure that I pass this along and sue for damages since your onsite manager admitted to it AND stated that she is the only superior at the location and can only call someone when issues arise. I'll never be back and I would appreciate a full refund for the $30 graphene wash!
