The brushes ripped off half of one of the emblems on my vehicle. I told one of their workers he was helpful in trying to locate it, but also helpful and that they helped me file the claim. I received a call this afternoon and was informed. That because my car is older than six years, it will not be covered and they're wanting to try to claim that the emblem was half lifted. That is not the case. My vehicle is garage. Kept usually hand washed. (because my sweet husband washes it almost every weekend I was trying to save him from the heat.) first time visit here will never go back. Suggest you steer clear or try to find a car wash that does not have any brushes.. If your car is older than six years and something happens to it at their facility while driving through (even though it may be in pristine condition like my car) they will not cover any damage due at they're doing... Whoever " they" are is always gonna be in the corner of the business to keep money in their pockets. They are never out to help their customers.

All I had was soap on my car at the end. I had to track someone down cause no one was in the office. We had to go through the car wash again. They apologized for not washing our car the first time and sent us through to get the soap off and rewashed. I hope this isn't a reflection of how this place runs. With so many car washes in Yukon now they will definitely need to do better.
