Premier Foundation does a great job with foundation repair- and stands by their work- Julie, the owner will come out to check the work as often as needed to make sure all is in alignment. She helped us specifically with selling our house providing confirmation for the new buyers that all our foundation work was still good and no additional repair was needed to put their minds at ease. We hired them to repair foundation at a bid of $8300 and then in the middle of the job were told we needed to add piers and it would be an additional $6800. They said they had never been this off on a bid. Then they called today to say they started mud jacking and underestimated how much they needed and it would be an additional $2500! We somehow went from $8300 to $17600 and they still aren't done! They are unapologetic on the the fact that they were this off on the bid. It is truly such a shameful way to do business. If your use them realize the bid may be just a made up number to get your business. I am truly in shock at how unapologetic they are and what an awful experience this has been. read more

I purchased my home almost 2 years ago. Foundation repairs were done by another company and I purchased the Lifetime Warranty from that other company. They weren't very friendly at the time I made that purchase. I have some doors that aren't closing any longer. Decided to get a second opinion before calling the other company. I called Premier explained the situation. They sent Wendell. He was polite and quickly checked the foundation. Didn't try to sell me anything. Told me to call the other company and request them to come out and make adjustments to the piers in the back of the home. I'll be calling them. I so appreciate the honest help from Premier Foundation Repair...they are a premier business for sure! read more

Check BBB complaints! Damage to my home. After 2 months I am still trying to repair all the damage. Piers inside meant they did not have to be careful or take care of my possessions. Too many to list! Worst..no communication. Never told where interior piers would be so I could get things out of the way so they chucked things in a pile and did not cover them. Floors unnecessarily damaged, fence damaged plus more. Left big roll of carpet in one room. Owner, Julie, was confrontational about damage and said they never clean up their messes.This was a horrible experience. read more

After three inspections which showed termite damage resulting in a metal beam and wood on the ground under my house, Premier was the only company which recognized the material as construction debris used to pour the concrete piers & beams. Other companies gave me repair estimates starting at $8,000! In fact, if an attempt to replace the metal beam had been made, my house would have been damaged. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL COMPANY. Ms. Goine employees/subcontractors caused additional damage, which she tried to deny saying that we did not tell her about the damage, yet in the same conversation she stated "we tried to clean it up", in addition she charged us for more piers than actually received, when questioned about the it, she stated, "we did extra work". That makes it ok to cheat me? When I reported these and the other issues to the BBB, Ms. Goine responded that I must be mistaken as she has no record of me as a customer. I can understand why she may think that, since came out only twice during the whole process. Interesting how she has an excuse for the reviews negative review. read more

Horrible company! Wendell came in without a mask on and got an attitude when I asked him to put it on. He did a rush job and did not thoroughly evaluate the issues with my foundation. He didn't have time to answer my questions, and told me he would email me a report. Totally unprofessional! Very poor customer service! I will definitely not be using this company! read more

Upon first contact, I left a message with an employee and was told I would be called back on Monday. I didn't hear back until Thursday. When that contact happened on Thursday, I was told that the usual person who does evaluations would be out of town the next end-of-week, but that they could schedule another employee to do the evaluation. Great. We scheduled the evaluation. I took off of work early to meet the employee at my home the following week. He never showed up. I called the two phone numbers I had for the company, and neither ever answered. Don't waste your time with this company. read more

I paid Julie $8,000 to come and mud jack and add a few piers to a house I purchased last year that Premier Foundation Repair had previously installed 30 piers on and I have been remodeling since then. The guys that mud jacked the house noticed that the master bedroom floor was bowed upwards right in the center and told me that it would sink over time. It's been over a year and it has not gone down at all. I spoke to her once and she tried to raise her voice saying that she would not take responsibility and it's not there fault. Also saying they made me aware of this which is a complete lie. I have called Julie and her worker multiple times since to come repair the mess they left and now are dodging my calls. She is extremely rude and over priced for horrible workmenship and even worst customer service. Very upset with this experience and will seek legal action if nothing is done to remedy issue. Also just to add, they did not pull the permit they promised and were red tagged in the process of mud jacking. Costing me an extra $120 out of pocket when I went to the city for a different permit. Then they left about two yards of dirt in my driveway that they did not use for the mud jack that I had to move myself. This is my first home and also my first experience with contracting to do this kind of heavy lifting and it is hands down the worst thing I have ever had to go thru. Zero star here people. Hope you don't have the kind of experience I have had With any contractor. read more

I'll start by saying I've waited one year to post this review. My name is Rick and I have been contracting my whole life (51years old now) and specializing in sheetrock repair. It is common for me to repair cracks after foundation repairs, and it is just as common to repair them again and again. Here's my story, this time It was my house and the joke was it had moved so much my address changed (ha-ha). I wanted it fixed right the first time, not having them to come out over and over to readjust the piers (like the big name companies with there fancy systems that don't work) while I spend my time and money repairing the cracks over and over. I didn't want that on my house. Then a friend told me about Premier. When Julie came out she explained the system they use and IT JUST MADE SENSE.
