Im not one that does reviews. Im shocked at the ratings for this company. I would give a 10 star review if possible. First..I randomly found them as I was in immediate need of a window replacement. The average price was 480.. that was 5 other sources. They showed up on time. Very professional and did my needed work for $210. This included removing the broken window with hanging glass shards. I read their website and it claimed they were a christian faith run business, so being a man of God I figured this company would be great for my company and my clients of Christian faith as well. Upon approaching the building mask mandating signs were posted everywhere, so I hesitated...but walked in. I was greeted by a woman wearing a mask and she said its mandatory to wear a mask in their building. I told her we don't believe in the mask mandate that God decides our fate. Tim came out to give me an estimate on a new shower door. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He said we could come down to the show room and he would show us what he's talking about and see if I want to upgrade. We went down to the show room a couple days later and Melissa was very unprofessional. She acted as if we were interrupting her. She told and showed us wrong information and we left. Tim called me later that evening and he explained that Melissa gave the wrong info and that he would take care of us. Advised I needed to speak with my other half and would call back tomorrow. I called back asking for Tim and Melissa wouldn't let me speak with him. Said he was in a meeting. Asked if we wanted framed or unframed (which was not the conversation we had with Tim). Asked if he could call me back. She was rude and said she'd give him a message. No call back was received. Called again today and was told that he is at a conference for 2 weeks. (Though I was not told that yesterday) and I could hear someone whispering instructions to the person on the phone. I hung up. If Tim would like to call me back I will gladly do business with him, otherwise I will go elsewhere. I may not be a big client for Premier Glass, but every client should be treated with respect and proper customer service. Premier Glass needs to find a new office person. She is very unprofessional in person and on the phone she needs to know exactly what she is talking about with the client before speaking and learn to listen to the client instead of interrupting them so that she understood what the sales tech discussed with the client. read more

I ordered 2 mirrors. The technician only measured one bathroom vanity for height. My larger vanity is shorter so the mirrors don't match. They are unwilling to fix the problem. Not sure why they didn't measure from both vanities. read more

I placed an order with them for a small glass top to be cut. The gentleman told me that it would be ready by the next day and I would be called once it was done. By noon I called to check the status and the lady informed me that she was out of the office for lunch and would call me back in 30 minutes. After 2 hours I called back and the same lady informed me that she was still out and she would give me a call back. It's now been 5 days and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. This company has the worst customer service and business ethics, I don't know how they're still in business. read more

Summary: They did what we needed quickly, but at what seems like high cost and somewhat questionable quality. Details: They charged several hundred dollars to move two mirrors from one house to another located 9 miles away. Placed several holes in the walls of new house as they struggled to get mirrors level. We supplied the hardware to mount the mirrors (from the old house). They didn't use all of the hardware, but didn't return unused hardware to us. Now the mirrors squeak and rattle as you open and close the close-by doors. They say it's normal, but never happened in our old house when all hardware was used. We're *trying* to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but in the end we're simply not satisfied... On a positive note, they answer the phone and completed the job quickly which is what we really needed. read more

Awesome service. Responded within told allotted time. Replaced small kitchen window within 30 minutes. No glass left on the interior window sill and all work was done from the exterior.
