I have yet to receive an email, a text, or a phone call! My daughter was injured in gym class and had fractured her finger and this guy feels it's his right to keep my deposit money from birthday party AS well as tuition that my daughter was not present for!! After several phone calls, the office manager finally found it appropriate to let me know the owner's intentions on keeping the deposit money as well as to continue to charge me tuition (even though we didn't have a clearance date from the doctor!) Weeks later, I now have a clearance date and my daughter can return to gymnastics, but now nobody wants to return my phone calls OR my tuition money for November and December! I took it upon myself to STOP anymore withdrawals from this facility. I am owed money and even with all of this, we were willing to come back because my daughter likes her teachers there! I called again and of course left a message as nobody really ever answers the phone. I have yet to hear back from them! I am assuming that they kicked us out, since they haven't replied back?!! Reason for my post is: think twice before walking into their doors, cuz if your child gets a great teacher, it really isn't worth the hassle of working with such a classless owner. BUT again, the gymnastics coaches here are sweet. If any of them read this, feel free to call me to set up private lessons!!

The kids got pizza and the most fun two hours ever! They were so exhausted when the party was over I will be doing this next year too. I want to also add that somehow the staff got twenty one children to all listen and follow directions. So, I would say they're expert at parties and if you're looking for somewhere to have a birthday or Anything else, this place is awesome.

The same with trampoline, a fun approach to teach discipline, strength and confidence. My kids love being here and always leave confident and feeling loved. Because trampolines can be dangerous if not used appropriately the coaches will correct and redirect kids to use the equipment safely. Other reviews cite coaches being stern, however, this environment is so safe (and it needs to be to prevent injury) and I feel very comfortable and confident that my kids are being trained safely and properly. Safety is a huge component of their program.

The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm--completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. All the children run through the hallway--ours was no different--but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children's activity before. If you can't handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn't be running a business for them. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child's safety and emotional well-being.

Owner Shannon was so helpful and patient when we were choosing what class would best benefit Benjamin (new to gymnastics), as well as explaining class costs and scheduling. The Little Gym is always spotless; I frequently see staff cleaning in between class times. The gym has a restroom, a water station, some gym attire for sale, and seating for those watching their little gymnasts in class. The Little Gym has an enormous viewing window (an entire wall), and the gym maintains a comfortable air temperature. Ben has trained with four coaches since we began class. His larger class (up to 18 students at times) maintains a safe ratio of instructors to students every week. Coaches Megan, Eva, Jeremiah, and Lindsay are a dream team. Organized, professional, safety-conscious, and caring, they are teaching my son so much. Not only is he learning a foundation for gymnastics, he is demonstrating better discipline and confidence in and out of the gym. Best of all, he has so much FUN every class! Came here on a Sunday for my daughter's classmate's 6th birthday. I'm giving this place 3 stars…read morefor a few reasons: 1st when I walked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk to ask for help. There appeared to be two parties, one finishing up & one which just started. I assumed we were with the party waiting. (I got there @ 1:35p for the 1:30p start time) I asked my daughter if she recognized anyone from class and she said she didn't so we continued waiting until we saw an employee. Finally we see an employee & she explains the party had already started & the kids were inside playing.. 2nd reason for the 3 stars is that parents were not allowed inside the play area with the kids. I wish this rule was posted somewhere because I like to make sure I can watch my daughter at all times. The window only allows limited visibility. For the most part I was able to watch but this being my first time there, I would have preferred to watch for a few minutes before leaving her alone. 3rd reason, once the party was done playing, everyone received pizza & only the children were offered a drink. Not sure if its the responsibility of the parent throwing the party or if Head Over Heels provides the drinks but this was outrageous. I'm watching parents around me eat pizza with no drink to wash it down. I didn't notice a water fountain or a fridge with beverages to purchase. If there was water or a drink to be purchased, no one offered. I hope my review brings awareness to what I noticed as a parent coming here for the first time. What I liked about the place: There was a stool for kids to reach the bathroom sink & the bathroom itself seemed clean. The employees seemed nice & there were chairs available in front of the window to comfortably watch the kids. My daughter, age 6 had a great time at the party.
