Jack, thank you! Backstory - I, myself, am a detailer, but located I'm located in VA. I need to find a detail shop in NY because we wanted to get my father's car cleaned up so my can get the most for the car as a trade-in. I called Clean Image; Jack answers the phone and we made an appointment to bring the car to him in Huntington for an estimate. My father brings the car to Jack, I was able to speak to Jack over the phone via Facetime. The interior has four years of cigarette smoke build up. The interior is gray, but when we dropped it off to Jack, it was tan. Jack was very professional and very detailed. He showed me the equipment that he uses to shampoo the fabric and carpet. He showed me the chemicals he uses to clean the interior. His recommendation for the ozone to kill the cigarette smell, and offer to run the ozone for an hour. Priced very reasonable. and I would highly recommend Jack. Being three hundred miles away, he provided me with regular updates, sending me photos of his progress to keep me in the loop. My dog had diarrhea in the back seats of my GLA250 and it had seeped down into the seats, causing a foul smell that made you gagged. Jack was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service on detailing my car. Car looks like new interior and exterior. Plus

Picture this my husband is on his way to work. He has his backpack and in the side he places his morning protein shake. He of course flings the bag into the passenger seat not thinking much of it until...he goes to take a swig of it on his morning commute and finds it is empty. Curious to see why this occured he looks to his right and sees that his entire drink has disappeared into the crevice below the passenger seat. What does he do? He takes it to a car wash near his job to vacumm it out and it looked ok. Until, he goes to park his car and hears the liquid sloshing around below the floor boards. His next step is to go to a car wash detailer that makes it look pretty, vacumms out the liquid, but a smell develops because of the milk that was in his beverage. Suffice to say we were not impressed and needed to find a solution ASAP. He found reviews for Clean Image on Google and based on the webiste's description of the odor removal process it was the best choice. The entire cleaning took three days. They had to remove the passenger seat to get under the carpet and do the ozone odor removal process. When we got the vechicle back it was a pleasure to take breath of air that wasn't laced with the odor of rotting milk. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the need of an odor removal for a beverage mishap like ours. read more

I am absolutely blown away by the service I received today. I found Clean Image on Craigslist when I wanted my 2006 Accord detailed and some scratches fixed. Clean Image comes to your home with everything they need to take care of your car. Jack (owner) could not of been nicer. And as another reviewer said, he treated my car like it was his own. I always took care of my car and it looks great for that it's 11 years old (almost to the day). Jack and his crew made my Honda look like a brand new car. They even made one of my headlights that looked like it had a cataract crystal clear again. I plan to keep my car for another year before I buy a new Honda. This has to be the worst service someone can get! Literally the guy gets an attitude if you ask him a simple question! I asked what he used for steam and literally said it was confidential even thought he says the brand ON HIS WEBSITE! WHAT A TOOL! I just wanted the model but if ANYONE is looking to get a steamer... this guy uses an OPTIMA steamer! Don't get charged up the ass by this tool! Unprofessional and doesn't deserve your service. Back in January of 2022 a branch completely shattered my cars back window and that night and the following morning it was raining. On top of having glass everywhere I also ended up with water damage to the interior of my car. I came across other car facilities during my google searching and picked clean image. Jack and Anglelica did an amazing job cleaning up a nasty 1 gallon milk spill that had developed mold and was stinky even from 10 feet away from the car! They were able to completely eradicate all of the milk, mold, and smell and restore all of my car to original condition. I have waited to write this review to make sure that everything is completely resolved and after 3 months, even with the car having mostly sat closed up in the blazing summer heat, there is zero evidence that nothing had ever happened. This was a great experience starting from the moment we submitted our inquiry online. Jack called me right away and gave a very detailed explanation of how they would work to solve our problem with an interior steaming/detail. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee, leather interior, smelled verryyy strongly of cigarrette smoke from the previous owner. Guys came to my house a year ago and did a great job. Wish they had a body shop too for dents and deeper paint detailing but I would def recommend them to anyone as they are not cheap but do great work. We hired Clean Image this month to detail our SUV which had suffered from 2 years of abuse from children and all that accompanies them, i.e. crushed goldfish and half-melted crayons in the tracks below the seats, half a beach worth of sand that I could never seem to vacuum up no matter what I used.....I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail; our car looks literally like new again. They even buffed out nearly all the exterior scuff marks; I was shocked! They came on time and were very efficient and extremely courteous. I highly recommend their services, it was totally worth it.
