    After the sale it is get lost. No wonder the dealership far away gets it. We got a Honda here and my wife had to go the dealer numerous times to get clear instructions. The sales team crouches down in front of the showroom smoking cigarettes. Place definitely not for me. And to know it's a premier Honda is disappointing.

My car was in need of a maintenance per the pop up notification on the dashboard, so I scheduled an appointment online with the user friendly website Mazda has to offer. Fast forward to my first maintenance with Mazda Paretti, I pulled up to the shaded area for service, got out of my car and told them I'm here for my first maintenance. The guy at the front desk, I believe Landon, was very welcoming. It was my first free oil change & the waiting area was comfortable, there were snacks and cool beverages. They finished everything within an hour & didn't push me to get extra services done. He pulled the car around to the front & to my surprise, my car was thoroughly washed and cleaned. My floor mats were washed and the interior was vacuumed. It's been a while since I've received any maintenance, so this was really pleasant to see. I hope the next few visits are like the first.     I had a very difficult and prolonged experience with the service department at Paretti Mazda that…read morelasted nearly three months before it was finally resolved. I originally brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for drivability issues and a check engine light. I was told the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor needed to be replaced and paid for the repair. Within days, the same symptoms returned. After continued problems and additional diagnostics, it was later determined that the actual issue was within the EVAP system (purge valve and evaporative canister). Those repairs were eventually completed under warranty. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of urgency and communication while my vehicle remained unreliable. This situation impacted my ability to work and required constant follow-up on my part. I ultimately had to escalate the matter through Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection office before meaningful progress was made. While the dealership eventually reimbursed the earlier repair and fixed the EVAP system, it should not take months and multiple outside complaints for a customer to receive proper resolution. The vehicle is now running correctly, but the process to get there was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. All documentation related to this situation including repair orders, diagnostic reports, and correspondence with Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section has been retained.

    I want to take a moment to sing the praises of the service department, specifically Ms. Jackie…read more For the past few months I had been having a coolant leak on my Ford Explorer. From past experiences with the service department (under the previous ownership) I assumed there was no way I would be able to bring my car to be serviced there without an excruciatingly long wait. Instead, I took my car to a small mechanic shop who told me that it appeared to be an issue with my water pump, but they were not able to service it due to how long and intensive the process would be. I then tried a much larger mechanic shop. Whom after two days of having my car said that they could not identify where exactly the leak was coming from. Feeling lost at what to do, I then decided to give Ford of Harvey a call, and I'm so glad that I did. When I called I was connected to Ms. Jackie. After a few minutes of talking to her over the phone she was able to talk me through the process of replacing the water pump, and to my surprise she was able to get me in to have my car serviced in just two days, as well as securing me a loaner vehicle during the process. I had several more questions after we initially hung up, and each time I called her to discuss them she provided me with the most patient, professional, and knowledgeable customer service that anyone could ever ask for. While my car was being serviced she continued to update me and talk me through every detail, and always had an answer for every question that I had. Ms. Jackie's utmost professionalism has brought me so much ease, and reinstilled my confidence in Ford of Harvey. I cannot express enough how much gratitude I have for her and everything she did to help me. In my humble opinion, she is an absolute indispensable employee and quite frankly deserves a raise for her devotion to providing the most exceptional service one could ask for.     Before I go any further, this is only about the Service department, not the dealership!…read moreWhen I bought my car I got the extra warranty on my tires, because I live in New Orleans and I know how the roads are. I've gone at least twice to use that warranty and have always come away with a positive experience, even though it does take longer than I feel like it should (but keep reading, I don't think that's their fault). Bit times I've gone, Tarez has been my main contact, and he is the best. He has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. All of the people in the service department are nice but I've always had a great experience with Tarez. They do great work, but it's a dealership so it's gonna be more expensive than a mechanic, which is the only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five. Also, the repairs on my tires both took several days, but like I said above, that is more about the warranty company. I saw Tarez waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to start the process, so the problem is not with the service department. I hope you don't need to use the service department for your car, because I hope your car never breaks down, but if you find yourself here you will get good, honest, friendly service.

At the end of December I got a call and it was exactly what I wanted. They did not charge me over MSRP like every other dealership. They also sold me the car and I was not a Louisiana resident. I am in Dallas and car in New Orleans with son in college there.No Lexus dealership ever charged men for paying with a credit card and my whole family owns 3 Lexus cars! This is downright "cheap". Advisor told me to give feedback in this survey! Very unprofessional dealership and advisor! 1. there should be n o charge for an inspection to find fault and provide a quote like Firestone and other Lexus dealerships in Texas etc 2. there should be no charge for paying with a credit card like at all other Lexus dealerships in Texas etc 3. full transparency on cost of repairs vs hidden " we do not know until we fix this and test" yet being charged $230 for incomplete inspection! Better professionalism vs a cheap shop attitude! Worst car repair shop - doe snot stand up to the LEXUS brand and status!
