Love this salon! Been coming here for almost a year now and have no plans on going anywhere else. My hair stylist J'nea is awesome she does wonders to my natural hair. I really never experienced the salon its self, but this review is based a stylist that Ive been a client of for years. Andrea, is by far one of the best hairstylist I've have met. She does wonders with the ideas I bring her for the looks I'm going for. She is the type of stylist who will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your look before stepping out the door. At other salons Ive always found myself spending most of my time at the dryer rather then the chair. Thats not what Andrea is about, she understands that time is precious and cannot be wasted and the hair dryer. She will try to get you in and out as soon as possible. If I could pick 0 stars I would, because one is too many... I'm going to keep this short and sweet because I don't want to relive this anymore than necessary... I made an appointment with Amber at the suggestion of my friend. Her child was screaming in the background and she was very unprofessional on phone. Red Flag #1 - my fault for continuing to make the appt. $150 for a cut, color, style. Red flag #2 - I've never paid that much in my life, but my friend said she was "amazing" so I went with it. I went in, I made sure to show her at least 4 photos of what I wanted, an asymmetrical bob (which is the way my hair was a year ago already but had grown out) and she assured me she could do it. She did her thing, whatever that was, and toooook foreverrrrrr. I left thinking the color was fine and the cut too long and unshapely but didn't have anymore time to spend having her redo - had already told her it was too long and to shorten it up a bit after she was "done"...which she did, but alas it wasn't done right to begin with so... Amber is well aware of my displeasure. She has texted me in lieu of calling and has not offered even a partial refund since I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed. She says she does not give refunds. Not surprising since willing victims are probably hard to come by!! The other stylist who turned my nightmare into a dream actually found cuts on the back of my neck from where she shaved my neck!! In Amber's defense, she has offered to "fix" it - ummm, yeah, I've seen and endured enough, no thanks!! I wish I could upload pics of what I showed her, what I got and what the person that fixed it did on Friday to pull me out of my "I'm wearing a hat forever" mentality. He was amazing and only charged me $45!! I gave him $70 and he deserved and I would have paid more, but I was already in $230 at that point!! Amber seems like a nice girl, but stick to only very basic styles IF you go see her, which I do not recommend. The rest of the girls in the salon seem nice. read more

Found this salon on Yelp after experiencing a terrible at home dye job. By the time I found this place it was about 7pm. I requested an appointment anyway explaining my issue. I didn't expect to hear back until at least some time in the morning. To my surprise I woke up the following morning around 6 to a response to my request and a text message from the person that was going to do my hair around 11pm. I texted back immediately and to my surprise I received a text right back. I sent a picture of my hair and what I wanted the final result to look like. I was told to come in at 10, which I did. Came in and she went right to work. J'nea was her name. She was very knowledgeable and informing. Did a great job with my hair. It ran a little longer than I expected, so my son had to get dropped off to me while there. While we waited she gave him change for snacks and even offered to change the channel to accommodate him. I told myself next time I will not try to do anything at home, I will return back to have J'nea fix me back up! read more

I have been going to Premier Image Hair Studio for awhile and love the shop. The décor is very nice and it is always clean. I really like the friendly atmosphere. My stylist, Lorraine, is the absolute bomb!! After leaving the salon, I am always complimented on my hair wherever I go. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Pemier Image Hair Studio is something I can call a hair studio away from home. The shop itself is very welcoming calm and a relaxing place to be. All the stylist are very friendly and speak to you as you walk through the door and make sure that you are taken care of. Jennifer has been my stylist since I've been stationed in San Diego for almost 4 years now and I couldn't in a million years picture myself going to anyone else but her. She is good at what she does, she is professional, and she cares about the satisfaction of her work from all her clients and will make sure you love the way your hair looks walking out of the Studio. I refer her to all of my friends and people that ask me where I get my hair done and who does it. If i could give Premier Image 10 STARS I would because that's just how great it is. read more
