From making me realize I got the wrong votive candles with too short of a candle life, to finding one with good reviews the day before the event and making sure we got them on time. She made sure all the vendors were on time, helped solve an issue with the entrance decor gone wrong, chair delivery issues and everything in between. Everything went so well and smoothly during the event. I even received compliments from my guest on how everything flowed so well during the entire event and how much fun everyone had. It was such a pleasure to work with her and her calmness helped put my anxiety at ease I will definitely be contacting her in the future if I need someone for a special event. However, as an attendee, I was pleasantly surprised at what was here in the middle of an industrial area and would definitely keep this on my list of possible venues for events.

Leah also followed up with me on certain vendors after our appointment and was always willing to help. The only downside with The Bridal Bar is that they only recommend vendors that pay them to advertise their services. Since they are in La Jolla, a number of the vendors are on the pricier side. There's no expense to you to use their services though, so I definitely recommend them to anyone planning their wedding in San Diego.

The wedding and reception ran timely and smoothly. The buffet dinner offered a variety of options and everything was tasty! There were plenty of seats and tables to ensure every guest had a place to hang out before and after the formal dinner. Heat lamps and tabletop fire pits were set up throughout the venue in the evening. What I did notice was how great and attentive the staff were in every aspect - at the bar, passing hors d'oeuvres, buffet dinner, photobooth. I really appreciated a female staff member notice who wasn't drinking alcohol and provided apple cider so they can participate in toasts! A staff member was also stationed by the main entrance which I'd assume is to prevent party crashers and ensure guests aren't walking out with alcohol (they thought my water was alcohol). The only downside of this gorgeous venue is the parking situation. We parked in a paid parking garage at the Morgan Stanley building for $25. It is a 0.2 mile walk to the venue.
