The latest appointment in the day is 1-3 pm which is difficult for our work schedule. When we opted for the 1-3 the service person called at 11:30 saying they were on their way! That seems too far outside the windows to expect customers to quickly adjust. They also give a base-line, per-call price but dot give an estimate before working. They also invoice for their services. Once the work was done it took 2 phone calls and 2 hours just to know how much we owed for the fix.

The fact is, h2oRx is a quintessential 5-star company. From Kayla, who professionally manages appointments, to the technician's helper who does all the heavy lifting and digging, h2oRx has the most skilled, customer focused employees I have encountered in the DFW Metroplex. Their office staff and technicians are simply the best! For example, my regular sprinkler technician of 10 years actually located and partially uncovered my leaking valve. When he saw the complexity and amount of digging required to replace it, he candidly admitted the repair was beyond his expertise. Raul and his helper from h2oRx did a masterful job of replacing the valve (see photo). Kayla had already told me what the repair would cost ($267.80) and the h2oRx team's arrival window. There were absolutely no surprises. In fact, Kyle Jensen was correct when he told me his company could have charged more for this job. I might have grumbled a bit, but the quality of work on this complex job would have absolutely justified a higher price. What caught me off guard was being charged the same amount for a second valve repair performed during the same visit--a simpler, quicker repair that required no digging. Finally diagnosed on Thursday, after no service for 5 days. At&t provided a replacement of new Gateway system at no charge to me. A 4 hours work by the technician, Taylor. I was cut off from the world with the loss of the system, a grueling experience, relying solely on my apple iPhone. I proceeded to notify Bob's by phone, he was dismissive, only offering an apology, no compensation for me. Therefore, he now receives a negative experience and would never recommend. He said I only needed to replace a few parts and not the whole master valve. This was a huge savings for me (time and money). He and his team performed the work today and were polite and professional. They also made sure to keep my lawn clean and placed all the grass back from the digging. After the installation he tested all my sprinklers to make sure there weren't any other issues. So relieved that I was able to find these guys.
