One of the things I dislike about SWFL is the lack of quality stores, so when we came upon the Tumi Outlet, we were surprised and excited b/c Tumi makes exceptional luggage. I figured it would be a bunch of outdated/damaged/returned items since it's an outlet, but thankfully it is just as lovely as any other Tumi store w/brand new product, just with reduced price points and much friendlier service. They showed us some options that fit what we were looking for and I was surprised to see most things were 25-50% off the main price.The bag we bought was even brought from the back brand new so wasn't even a floor model. So, if you've ever wanted a $1k Tumi bag but didn't want that price tag, check out this outlet store. Also, if you already have a Tumi bag that has something broken, just bring it in. If they can fix it on site, they will. If not, they will ship it off to the factory for free to see if it can be fixed. We worked with both Ann and Jim, who both went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend this store to others and will return when we're ready for another bag.
