I live in an HOA community in Murrells Inlet. This is the first year we have been managed by Premier Mgmt and it has been a nightmare since day 1. Unprofessional and inept are normally strong adjectives, but in the case of Premier, they are mild. To begin with, there are only 3 ppl working at Premier. Two are property managers and the third is the office person. They are very understaffed. The property manager assigned to our community quit after 2-3 months, we went without a manger for another couple of months. Now the new hire has to learn the job. The office person has sent out incomplete, and incorrect emails to our community numerous times. I understand things happen, but not this many times. Communication is almost nonexistent. It doesn't matter if it's through email or the portal. We have been asked to submit questions or concerns through their portal. My questions had been sitting for weeks, unanswered. Then Premier started deleting them with the comment "Completed". I dont even bother calling because they rarely answer. This is a major topic of concern throughout the neighborhood. The documents included in our annual packet looked like someone typed them up on their phone and hit send. I personally know of 3 other communities who have fired Premier this year. Do not use this company. I am sorry I cant leave less than 1 star. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. moved this week - charged a $600 "HOA assessment fee". $150 for rush charge that was due to their negligence- our attorney reached out to them 4 times and no response - then they charged us $150. they refused to return my calls asking For the $150 back attorney said the $600 is the highest ever seen. why? they are awful. happy for my friends in Lawson Landing that they are changing companies next month! no service or communication from this company read more

One star just because it's required in order to write review. Premier has been under contract with our HOA for the past few years. Notice I did not say managing or working for, they have been the most unprofessional company that our board has come across. Residents emails and calls are not answered in a timely manner. Vendors weren't being paid or held accountable for their contracts. During our election for new board members, the staff was unorganized and disrespectful to residents when questions were asked after the election. I could continue to rehash the bad and the ugly about this company, but instead I will warn you tho do your research before considering hiring this company. read more

Every problem that isn't solved always stems back to Todd. I don't care if he's been there 8 years and has been moved up in the company, he's completely inept. He is also short on the phone and unwilling to help. We are STILL WAITING for approval for 3 ARC's which are in code according to the HOA rules and regulations for Palmetto Glen subdivision in Myrtle Beach. One ARC dates back to July and the other 2 from early August. All proper paperwork was faxed over TWICE. The second time we called to confirm they got it and they did. Amber Lee didn't know what was going on. Because of their complete disorganization, we missed our build date for a fence we submitted approval for early August. Now we have to wait a whole month more, but still may not have the approvals. We have called Amber Lee several times and emailed complaints. We suspect that the delay is due to one or more employees purposely burying our paperwork because it gives them work to do. Todd told us twice on the phone that the approvals would be in the mail that day and nothing ever happened. He is either a liar or completely inept. However, the final responsibility goes back to Amber Lee, the manager, who should be keeping her employees in check and moving things along at an appropriate speed. Since Todd is obviously not doing his job, he should be let go. WHAT in the world is the problem that they can't review the ARC paperwork that our HOA already pre-approved and get an email verification sent and hard copies mailed to us?!!! read more

so Premier Management that was bought by R&O Service Group has gone into hiding because of all the bad reviews they have gotten. Another association has left recently, I believe this is 14 in the past 6 months. Go on the office managers linkedin or facebook page, she is trying to hire people off the street to deal with HOAs and owners personal information. So unprofessional and unethical. Premier Mgmt moved to a smaller office that no employee is ever at. What kind of sham company is this. BEWARE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM PREMIER MANAGEMENT/R&O Service Group. The State of SC has started an investigation do your homework. If you are one of the few associations still there get the hell out while you can! read more

This is the most unprofessional property management company I've ever delt with. I really don't need to say much else. Their reputation precedes them. Todd is problematic and seems to lack the knowledge and understanding to handle anything in regards to property management. I have yet to talk to a member of the PMG team that seems to know anything. I've never had such an infuriating experience with a company that has you by your (insert anatomical weak spot). They levy frivolous fines with an iron-fist and provide no avenue for recourse or hearing; they're more likely to send you certified mail (and bill you for it) of some transgression instead of contacting you in person, via email or over the phone ... let ALONE use standard mail. And if you ARE blessed enough to catch wind of a transgression, don't bother asking for an audience with the homeowners' association board, because that request will fall on deaf ears. Meanwhile, they won't HESITATE to threaten to foreclose on your home if you're out of the loop on THEIR bumblings and mis-communications. ASK, before you buy a home, who the property management company is for the homeowners' association you're about to move into "business" with. If the answer is Premiere Management Group in Murrells Inlet, run, and run fast and far from that listing. read more

As an elected director in an HOA using Premier Mgmt., I am very pleased with their service and support. They manage all our receivables and payables as well as supporting the unenviable chore of receiving all requests for service from our homeowners, including the ordinary to the totally unreasonable. They represent the HOA's rules, regulations, and enforcement processes as directed by the HOA without injecting personal opinions or interference. Their communication with the HOA Board keeps us informed and they will provide our HOA with management solutions originating from their experience with other associations. Bottom line, they clearly represent our Board's decisions and not their own. read more
