The doctors and staff at Premiere truly care about their patients. Every concern is taken seriously and they make sure to be very informative on all of the topics discussed. I moved to Clarksville in February of 2024. I went to Premier as it was close to work and one other person said he used them. It's been over a year and I'll never go back there. The office charges are ridiculous, doctors are over booked and over worked (it took 4 months to get an appointment with my designated primary care provider). In the mean time I was shuffled around to multiple PA's and other MD's, none of who had any idea of what could possibly be affecting my sinuses and vision. I won't even go into the billing BS. My case is with the state of Tennessee now. I can't even recommend a decent replacement outside of driving an hour to and from Nashville. read more

This clinic is the epitome of unprofessional and uncaring to their patients. My wife and I have brought our almost five year old to this practice and have had problems with them losing information. And just recently my wife and i are having problems diagnosing our youngest child for seizures. We went to the walk-in side for pediatrics and while he was actively seizing in the car, my wife was asking if they do triage (she has 7 years of medical experience plus continuing education) and they said "sometimes we do and sometimes we don't". And sent us to the ER at Tenova. Fast forward a couple days, we start having issues again and call ahead to be seen by my youngest's pediatrician which the receptionist told us 430 in the afternoon. We get there by 436 and were turned away for care. After threatening to sue because that is extremely illegal we were seen and all of the staff from the receptionist to the nurse and the nurse practitioner was extremely rude and blew off my son. I filed a complaint about the actions of the individuals yesterday and today we were told that we would not be patients of theirs. Even after going to a different hospital and getting a diagnosis. I would stray as far away from here if you want care for your children. I would give them less than 1 star if that was an option. If you're a soldier, best bet is to go to BACH. Civilians can go to Hopkinsville or Nashville for better care. There are also pediatricians in Pleasant View. read more

As a Deputy Sheriff and a US Army Reservist, I expect good quality care. My mother, who is Covid positive with shortness of breath, was informed by Premier Medical Group that she needed to stay home and rest. That same day, she went to the Emergency Room because she could barely breath. The ER informed her that her oxygen level was below 80. She could have died listening to this incompetent clinic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. read more

I really like Premiere. I love my doctor, George Lu, he is very attentive and seems to really care. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Vernon and she always does a great job with her. The people in the lab are always friendly and the place is very clean. I have been going here for years and fortunately its always been a good experience for our family. read more

I got a referral from my doctor on post sent here and they never called me themselves so I went ahead and called to see when I could schedule an appointment and whoever answered the phone was incredibly RUDE! Before I could even finish what I was saying, she kept interrupting me "Well we don't have any appointments till July", so I eventually said ok thanks and hung up, I called my pcm and told her I will not be going to this establishment they were rude. read more

i went into the offices of premier for a simple chest cold. the doctor came in to see me (Dr. Sharivi), she listened to my heart and chest through my very thick sweater, which means she didnt listen at all, gave me some quick drugs and even asked if i had any other pains for which she quickly gave me pain med prescriptions (totally used to just writing pain meds for addicts i would assume). she also made sure to ask me to come back in a few days. i went to the appointment, worse than before, she didnt ask for more tests, and still more charges, and made sure to make another appointment a few days later. finally, i asked for a chest xray and breath test to see if something was really wrong with my lungs. it turned out that my chest cold had gotten so bad that i felt like i was dying (felt like i was drowning), but i wasnt dying of a cancer or anything else. they never took blood (which would have been a proper start to diagnosis), and they made sure to ask me to come in again and again. ultimately, each time you walk in the door, the charge is $187.00, if you pay cash, it is about 30% less. if they put a pulse ox on your finger, it will cost $27.00 (a pulse ox is that little plastic thing they put on your finger for 3 seconds and tells them the amount of oxygen saturation with a light beam - a new machine costs 20 bucks on ebay), if they consult you at all, it will cost $326.00. a 15 minute conversation with a doctor cost that much!? that is $22 a minute! since they never took blood, i have no idea how ridiculous that charge would be. so, after repeatedly going back into their office for "follow-ups" for the exact same chest cold, i ended up with a bill over $1,000.00... for a chest cold. the best way to describe this practice is as a "money farm" for the owners. they pay their employees terrible wages, dont diagnose or treat properly in order to get the patients to return again and again to jack up the bill. if you have a cold, flu, broken limb, cut arm, or any other reason to need a doctor, steer clear of this place. they charge you up, then will not negotiate a fair bill, instead they review it in house and determine unilaterally that you owe the full amount on the bill. just as a slight bit of background, i was an EMT for several years and am familiar with medical practices (often sticking myself to draw blood for nurses that miss). what a horrendous experience with a bunch of crooks. welcome to corporate medicine. read more

I'm in town visiting my daughter and needed to to an urgent care. I picked Premier from a google search for a place that takes tricare. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful...even offering a bottle of water since I was coughing my head off. The triage nurse was also very nice and caring. The doctor was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan. It was an A+ experience. I recommend this place without hesitation. read more
