Needed my seats washed due to some water stains and they came off after many tries of different places attempting to take them off! They were even able to vacuum out in between the cracks of where my seats are which was very shocking to me! I was very happy with the services! We were so glad when we saw Castaneda's Mobile Detail in our neighborhood a few weeks back. Our neighbor's cars looked beautiful, and I was so excited when they had time to work on my car too! We had Mauricio detail our cars once before, and he did an equally wonderful job this time as well. It took about an hour, and my car was spotless both inside and out. My car hadn't had a nice wax in such a long time, and it looked terrific afterwards. I also liked what he used on my seats to make them look so clean and soft. Mauricio is professional and does amazing work. Needed to find someone to do an acid wash on my car to get rid of water spots I've had for a few months and I came across Castaneda Mobile Auto Detailing here on Yelp. Contacting Mauricio, scheduling an appointment, and getting a quote was so easy. He and a partner came to my house and worked on the exterior of my car and it took an hour tops! Great service, not only was Mauricio able to get the service moved up to a next day service, but he put the works. My seats look way better than I had them and the car paint is glowing like the 1st day I got it. There was a few spots I still noticed, but everyone that passed by and saw my car were amazed a the work. They thought it was a brand new out of shop car. It's been a couple months since I got my car detailed. I got a full detail which included getting my car waxed. I was told not to run the car though the carwash, so I just take it the the pull though type. I have to say my car was waxed so good that all I ever do is high power rinse it. I then turn on the soap in the sprayer not the brush. I then rinse with the soap on then rinse the soap off with low pressure spot free rinse. All I have to do is just dry it off, and it looks GREAT. Not sure how the service is, that's why I gave him more than one star. Requested a quote via Yelp and was told to refer to his website. I checked the website which does provide pricing as well as appointment scheduling. I requested an appointment and several hours later it was rejected. No reason given, no communication whatsoever. His services might be good, if only you could schedule them ... Update - I was contacted by email today, and told there was a glitch with the new booking system on the website and was given an apology and offered to reschedule. I bought a groupon for complete interior detailing and it was more than worth the money. I felt extremely bad because I forgot to get cash out before he arrived to tip. He arrived on time and was extremely polite. He walked me through my car and asked specific questions. I have extremely light interior and hadn't had my interior shampooed since purchasing it 3 years ago. Since I'm 2 weeks away from my due date I felt like this is the most appropriate time to have it done. The entire interior of my car was finished within about 2 hours and I an more than satisfied. Found this place on Groupon and purchased an interior detail for our sedan. Overall he got the car fairly clean, but there was still some debris/dirt by the gear changer, and one of the rear door cup handles in back wasn't cleaned at all. He left trash in my yard and on my driveway. Booked him to do our SUV which he just got done with today. Still left trash in the yard and driveway, and I found multiple pieces of trash still in the car. In addition, there was debris and junk still down in the tracks that the 2nd row seats slide on. Stains on the seats weren't taken fully out. He offered to come back in a week with a stronger solution, but I had already rearranged our day and taken out the car seats, etc to prepare for today. He was a nice guy and it was convenient that he comes to you, but in the future I'll pay a little more and have a professional car wash perform the detail. read more
