Didn't ask me any questions, just chose for me. When my car was done I went to go dry it. When I was done, I went to vacuum my car and the vacuum wasn't working. None of them were. Okay I move to the other side. The moment I pull one of them, the top just falls off (I took a photo and can provide proof). Couldn't use that one. The other vacuum barely worked. Three weeks laker I got an email indicating that my claim was declined because it was only my mirror. To replace it I have to pay over $200 dollars and the are refusing to cover.
