Waiting room was nice and people were as well, didn't have any complaints. Up until the "finished" product and there after... When I requested to see how dark the tint would be.. they told me to look at this little cube that had a light in it .. poor example. Once on the car.. they had this spray and liquid ALL. OVER. THE CAR. DOOR. Never have I seen poor quality in person I was aghast. Never have newbies practice on customer cars, go practice on personal cars. This spray was going down the door and looked terrible.. only for them to say if I approved of it lol - that it looked like you know what. Well they didn't clean that up. Then I took it home. -I- cleaned it up. The rear passenger window had a beautiful knick in it. From where someone let the seatbelt whip against it. For sure it wasn't me, I've got no kids, no pets and no one rides in the back. They tried to completely pin it on me. Saying it wasn't there upon them turning it in. Finally convinced them to fix it along with the little cargo window. Which also looked like you know what. (Free of charge cause there wasn't no way I was going to pay) At the end of the day, the one rear passenger window, they STILL left a seatbelt knick in it, probably out of spite, but it wasn't terrible and ghastly. The windows one cannot see directly have bubbles and they still do - despite them saying "they will dry out" - a month later in summer 90 degree heat. Check your final product! And the progress, if you will -absolutely- do any business here. They're very xclusive in washing their hands of fault. Just move on and find another one. Even if it involves driving a fish bowl for another week.

I decided that I would fix them myself when I switched to winter tires (I run a separate set of Blizzaks and rims from December to March) After taking on wheel apart, applying paint remover and sand blasting, I could see this job was going to be a pain in the a$$. Did my research, found Alloy Wheel Repair, sent them photos and called. I spoke with Stephanie, and she quoted a price of $275 per wheel, which would have seemed high, had I not already attempted the job, and researched suitable replacements (these wheels are not made any more, and the other style I would use (Style 135) cost $380 each, just for the wheels, plus shipping, mounting, balance, etc.). I took them to their shop and dropped them off. The guy who helped me unload them said "These wheels are a pain in the a$$." I said "That's why I'm bringing them to you." About a week later, Stephanie called and said the wheels are ready. I picked them up, and they are absolutely beautiful!! I almost hate to put them back on my car. I recommend Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists to everyone.

The only negative is that I didn't know they are cash only and I had to go get cash after he was done and pay after. I normally do not carry cash at all. But as far as mobile detailing at home this was awesome. The job was completed in my back yard driveway and the car looked close to brand new after the detail. Price was quoted between $250-275 depending on pet hair. I have a dog who forgets to take his fur with him when he leaves the car so $275 was pretty reasonable for mobile detailing at home.
