They threatened to leave today and they finally got an x ray over 24 hours later and he has DOUBLE PNEUMONIA in both lungs!!!!!!! If he would have died and you wouldn't have done an x ray as requested we would have sued the shit out of your hospital. After that we requested to be transferred to the valley because of the severity and they denied that too and explained they would have to find a hospital to transfer care, present his case etc. bullshit. If your patient was asking for an x ray multiple times why was it denied? They have insurance and are willing to pay for said x ray. This hospital is a piece of shit and tried to kill my dad. Do not go here. Make the drive to the valley if you can because if your health gets worse they won't transport you. ZERO FUCKING STARS.

She's very much her own advocate and she's very disgruntled when medical staff address questions to someone other than the patient herself.
