Normally, when I go there, I pay cash because I can't afford health insurance and they always give me a 00 balance receipt when I leave well now they have been taken over by some other company and they just sent me a bill for $38 and some cents I used to be happy with their services but not anymore last time I was there I don't think they actually gave me allergy shots because I'm having severe allergies this year up here on the mountain. I do not recommend them to anyone. I am very dissatisfied. I will probably pay the $38 but I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

I had made an appointment earlier in the day, which I canceled and then changed my mind and decided I should go after all. They squeezed me in anyway an hour before closing time and I was able to see the doctor to get an injury checked out. Everyone was friendly and I was happy with the care I received there. I handed my ID to the front desk during my visit, and it was never returned to me(my fault I should have realized). I wasn't able to immediately come back to retrieve it, so I called to confirm they still had it, no one could tell me what happened to it. When I asked about it, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Losing it was very well my fault I should have realized I didn't get it back but the response I received was like no other. By far it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with someone and was very disappointed by this experience. I didn't get a name but whoever answers there phones but be weary of them. There health care professionals are awesome though they did an incredible job with my son. Thankful for them! 3 stars only because the Dr/nurse was great. read more

After a week of having high blood pressure and severe headache, I made an appointment with Banner Urgent care in Show Low. The office staff was very nice. Their PCP on the other hand ,very rude, dismissive and disparaging. She told me that she has no idea what is going on " This could be anything..maybe you have a migraine or a virus..who knows" When I talked about high blood pressure, which is concerning, because I have a heart diagnosis, she responded : well if I measure my blood pressure 5 times a day it gets high too" No advise, except for me to get a primary care doctor. I just retired and still working on finding insurance, so at the moment I do not have a primary. I explained that and got an eye roll. And to my explaining heart palpitations she responds : I get them too, like when I drink too much coffee. The " consultation" took 5 minutes and I was charged at the front for #193.00. I was upset. I wish now ,I had never pulled out my credit card. Never again will I go to Banner. read more

P.A. rod genck yells at patients. Literally screams like he's got a bad hangover. Chased me right out of office scareing the heck out of me and has billing try to collect for service he did not provide or complete. Banner corporate allows for no way to express any grievance or dispute billing. They will never extort revenue from me. There's nothing to steel from anyone who has nothing left to loose. read more

Novena at the Banner Show-low urgent care really goes above and beyond when taking care of the patients. She is patient, personable and knowledgeable. I had a prescription problem that she handled like the professional that she is. Novena is a definite keeper! read more

Called multiple times during office hours and the phone rang and rang each time. I imagine that the same person answers the phone and deals with patient check-ins and payments. There is no excuse for not at the very least picking up the phone and requesting people hold or asking for a call-back number. read more

This is my second visit to this place unfortunately, because no one wants to have to go to the urgent care or hospital if they can avoid it. I had stepped on a piece of glass that dug deep into my foot so I scheduled an appointment because it was driving me nuts, then within an hour of that I had an accident with my compound bow that almost took off my thumb so I had to go in ASAP lol. They were very slow that Saturday evening, fortunately for me, I was actually the only one there and they were running a skeleton crew hoping to close early so the doctor could get out of town, because a snowstorm was coming which had just started while I was driving in, but they abandoned all their plans the minute I arrived to take care of my multiple issues. They got me in and out of there quickly, gave me a tetanus shot, and even dressed a surgical wound I had on my back which was to be checked by my pain specialist on Monday to see if it was healed enough to activate my new spinal stimulator. They were friendly and eager to help, and I will most certainly go there again if I should be in need of minor medical care. read more

Rude. Just moved up to Pinetop and thought this would be a better alternative to the ER. Nope. They were all so rude and short and uncaring and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Had a dog bite. Dr. Harness was the attending physician. Very good exam, explained the treatment process, tetanus and antibiotics shots. Very good, very clear and a nice guy. Well this place is a joke. The staff is also a joke. I've been here twice and both times the staff was extremely rude. Especially the front desk people. They hate their lives. GET A DIFFERENT JOB if you can't be compassionate or professional. Especially the one girl I don't remember her name but she has the trashy tattoos on her arms and looks like she doesn't shower. I took my 9 year old daughter in because she was in tears from a headache. I immediately suspected COVID so I took her in and they were very short with me when I arrived. Then the stupid lady proceeded to tell me that they had a bunch of kids come in with the same issues as my daughter and that it was just a cold. First of all, she's not a Dr. she can't tell me what she thinks my daughter has and just send me on my way. I had to tell her no and that I wanted her tested for Covid and I want her symptoms treated. She was annoyed but took us back to a room and was so mean to my daughter. She told her "well if you think you have COVID you need to pull your mask up so you don't breathe all over me. ". She had no compassion for her whatsoever. She did the COVID test and walked out. Then the Dr. came in and examined her and said It was an ear infection and that my daughter was just hungry and needed to eat...seriously? She wasn't feeling well and had no appetite. She prescribed her zofran and antibiotic ear drops and told me to give her Tylenol and Ibuprofen, which is what I had been doing and it wasn't helping her, Hence the damn reason I took her their in the first god damn place. They did nothing for her and sent us home. Then the DR. Didn't even send the meds to my pharmacy that she said she prescribed. So I had to call the facility and guess who answered yep the rude ass MA. She was very inconvenienced by my call and that I needed the DR. to resend my daughters meds. Then Low and behold I got a call with her results and my daughter tested positive for COVID. I will never go there again. The staff is awful. It broke my heart to see my daughter in so much pain and to have that lady be so cold and mean to her made me so angry. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Rude. I will never come here again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Front desk people are short, worse customer service then the DMV. Not my fault you are a miserable at your job so please don't take it out on patients who keep your asses employed. The entire reason for urgent care is for walk in medical service and treatment to avoid overloading the ER with non-emergency medical conditions and issues and the couple of times I have had to go there, it's been the same experience. This review is for the chick with the shoulder to lower neck tattoos. Find a new job. You have zero compassion, friendliness or customer service skills whatsoever. I listened to you on the phone with someone and I heard you say " I am not being rude" and I laughed. Because you were. To literally everyone in the damn place and any phone call you took. We took our masks below our noses while in the room waiting for the doctor and when she walked in she stopped at the door and rudely said " both of you need to out your masks on." Again.... Just rude. Like no "Hello, would y'all mind pulling those up? " We we're in there for an hour and a half and it was hot and humid... how about acknowledging your shitty service and wait time and then asking me to put the stupid mask on my nose...good luck staying open. read more
