I was having my dog groomed and had a couple of hours so I decided to have my nails done for the first time since the pandemic. I just walked in, No appointment and was greeted by Vicky and asked what kind of service I was looking for. I explained to her that I hadn't had my nails done in awhile, but I normally had SNS nails. Someone was immediately available. My usual salon has paraffin wax but they didn't so I tried hot stones and LOVED them. ****BEST PEDICURE**** If you read my reviews I'm pretty critical of salons that offer mediocre pedicure services. I get pedicures regularly and almost never feel like my technician gave me my monies worth. Not the case here! Walked in last weekend and got seated with "Anne". Best pedicure I've had in a few years (short of the spa at several high end resorts). Fantastic leg massage in the Deluxe option. Hot stone rub....did i mention fantastic leg massage? I mean top 5 ever. Anne really did a great job, strong hands, and took her time to work all of the aches and soreness I normally have. Solid callus removal and someone who actually knows how to properly trim toe nails. Not the most posh of locations/resources. No offer of a beverage, and decor sort of blah...but I don't go for that, I go for a great pedicure. I'll be back, and I'll only ask for Anne!!!! read more

These ladies and gentlemen are fantastic! My nails and toenails always look and feel great! My manicure is more than 2 weeks old and it still looks fresh and I am still getting compliments. I go with my mom and niece every 2 to 3 weeks and my mom can't sing their praises enough. She has always gotten her nails done like clockwork, but this is the first salon where she's ever had a manicure that didn't lift within a week. Now she is a diehard for this salon. They are always super awesome with my 11-year-old niece, who wants to have different colors and patterns on each toe/nail. I walked in on a Saturday to get a Pedi and Color change for my fingernails. The place was very well lit, with a very updated and attractive variety of nail polish colors. I liked the decor that included unique round chairs to sit in for manicures, and the up to date massage chairs. I got both Pedicure and color change finished in under 40 minutes. My nail tech was a funny guy(I didnt catch his name) I was told this place specializes in SNS nails but I didnt get that(just regular polish) Id recommend this place to others. read more

Ethan, the owner, definitely cares about quality of services provided and his clientele. The place is always clean. He is honest. And the prices are reasonable. My pedicurist gave much attention to the pedicure and polishing of my toes and when a color wouldn't work out she came back with 2 AMAZING choices that were even better. I did not find this salon particularly clean. The pedicure was just ok, not great. Maybe the tech was inexperienced? And for much of the time I was there, another nail tech was very loudly bad-mouthing a regular client of the salon, who was scheduled to come for an appointment in a few days. I found it to be in rather poor taste and turned me off of the salon completely. If the pedicure had been better, I might have given it another shot. I do feel they rushed a bit but I was the one of the last ones there so I'm sure they were closing early. While I was picking out my color the man at the front desk was joking around with my friend asking if he wanted to get rainbow colors on his toes! Something so silly but gave us a laugh! We just got regular pedicures since it was our first time here. I believe the girls that did our pedis were Lynn and Nicole. They were very friendly with us and very thorough and consistent. I loved that they actually talked with us instead of just talking with one another and ignoring us like so many other salons do! All the employees seem to have a great dynamic with one another and we're always cracking jokes with one another too! It made for a very comfortable environment! I called on a Saturday to see if they were busy, as expected, they were but they were happy to squeeze me into the schedule at the last minute. I believe his name was Eason but he was very nice, professional, and took pride in his work! I walked in with a French tip acrylic full set in mind but he suggested the sns French ombré which I absolutely love the way they came out! Here the environment is comfortable and soothing with quiet music playing. They have always been very courteous and pay attention to YOU when working with you. No conversations with other people that make you wonder what they're talking about. It's large enough to service people, but not so large that you feel like you're being herded thru quickly, for them to get to the next dollar. Walked into K and Y Nails to a very welcoming and friendly environment and was told that it would be 30 minutes before they could start on my acrylic gel set. I was in no rush so I waited and looked through the gel colors they provided. After less than 15 minutes they called me over and started on my nails. Extremely friendly!!! The woman who worked on my nails worked very quickly while also providing great and comfortable service. It only took me one visit to understand why they were so busy on a Wednesday at 11:30: they have a bunch of regulars who they would greet as they walked in, remembering their names and the services that they usually get!!! I was wowed by the product of my nails. The length and shape was perfect along with the smoothness of my nails themselves.
