I'd never been to a dental office where I could be in the chair and watch "real" birds feeding right outside the window and gaze out upon a beautiful green landscape! The entire scene relaxed me including a friendly, efficient staff. I was nervous about having some cosmetic work done and it turned out to be as painless as he had promised and was completed in fewer visits than I had thought. Dr. Epstein and his wonderful team make for an affordable yet first-class experience in every respect. Scheduling, Cleanings, Dental Procedures, Billing, etc. They even have cash rates and offer their own from prepaid services (sort of like insurance). They are all pleasant and easy to talk with. The office and parking are easily accessible to. No over selling here. And yes, they have all the accessories. Highly recommended. My husband called to report a dental emergency about 7 p.m. on a Friday evening, and Dr. Epstein arranged an appointment the next day (Saturday morning) and repaired his tooth! The following Tuesday, both my husband and I had regular cleaning appointments, and I needed a special repair! Yes, Dr. Epstein took care of it right then. I made an appointment at Dr. Epstein's office after not having been to a dentist in 2 years. I was very nervous , but as soon as I walked in to the office the receptionist came out to greet me and walk me through the paperwork. Unexpectedly I needed work done on a couple teeth and Dr. Epstein was able to accommodate the work and fix them then and there and did an excellent job. Today is the day after my work was done and I feel great and glad that I choose to drive a little out of my way to go to a dentist and hygienists I now feel comfortable with! read more

Dr. Epstein has been my dentist for about five years. Thirty years prior to that, I'd always been horribly afraid of dentists - I would get so wound up I ended up terribly anxious, feel like I was going to black or pass out during even the smallest procedure, and the experience was always unpleasant. Dr. Epstein on the other hand - I no longer have any anxiety, I feel comfortable and at home in his great office environment, his office staff are courteous and wonderful, they are always on time, always, always, always friendly and helpful and the best part - pain-free, truly relaxed, anxiety-free, fast and meticulous and modern and clean - and I just can't say enough! I agree with every patient's expressions and am endorsing each one, having undergone, for several years now, a variety of procedures under Dr. Epstein's care: teeth cleaning, bleaching, root canal, numerous fillings, implant, individual crowns, and only a month ago, having had my 6 upper front teeth treated to new crowns, all at the same time. Not only the final results exceeded my expectations, but the whole process I had to subject to , was conducted by Dr. Epstein with great care, attention to detail, professionalism and personal warmth. Much to my surprise I needed no adjustments at the time of the final and simultaneous placement of the 6 crowns, testimony not only to Dr. Epstein's expertise, but also an excellent and attentive lab he works with. My almost 2 hour round trip to his office is always rewarded not only by special care but by a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and a feeling that you are in excellent hands. About 20 years ago I was new to the neighborhood and awoke one morning with a dental emergency. Knowing no one, I opened the local Yellow Pages and started making frantic calls. After several calls and rejections for a new patient emergency visit (I started with the "a's) I reached Dr. Epstein's office where I was offered an immediate emergency visit. Wonderful staff, comfortable, relaxing office environment and a personable, skilled professional to handle my problem. My experience was incredible. Going to the dentist is actually relaxing in Dr. Epstein's office: gentle music, a bird sanctuary visible through the window, calming and kind staff. Dr. Epstein's dental office is a welcoming and comfortable place. The staff and Dr. Epstein are very friendly and down to earth, exhibiting genuine concern for the patient's state of mind and physical comfort. It's clear that a great deal of thought and planning has gone into creating a view of nature while patients are sitting in one of the dental office chairs, whether it be with the hygienist or with Dr. Epstein himself. It's so pleasant to look out on the beautiful property and to watch the many birds that frequent the many feeders. Dr. Epstein is great at explaining dental procedures in plain language that one can understand. My first procedure was a long one. I listened to great music on Bose headphones that served as an effective distraction and made my time in the dental chair much more pleasant. I am very happy to have discovered Dr. Epstein when my dentist retired (Dr. Epstein is his dentist). I recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone looking for a top-notch, patient, caring dentist with a staff that makes you feel welcome and important.
