I discovered a damaged front lower tooth and called for an appointment to this practice because Dr. Giraldo previously had beautifully repaired a tooth of mine. I was offered an appoint that day or the next. When I arrived the repair was evaluated and completed within 35 minutes. It feels fine. Both the front desk staff and Dr. Giraldo remembered me from previous visits and were pleasant and professional. The office is modern with artworks adorning the walls. read more

Will not go back again. Beyond the hygienist beating the crap out of my gums the last two trips (most painful experience I've had in 35 years going for cleanings) the dentist called me to stop in for a quick follow up so I showed up at 855 for my 9am appointment. At 930 the receptionist finally told me the dentist wasn't ready for me and not sure when he would be and asked I reschedule. This was supposed to be a 10 minute follow up! I did not bother rescheduling and the dentist didn't even think it was necessary to call and apologize for the inconvenience of me having to go into late work to sit in their waiting room for 45 minutes. If I could give them less than one star I would. The dentist may be a wonderful person and do a great job but the front desk girl is a moron. I had an emergency last week and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. I had called "All Smiles" because a friend of mine recommended them. I called and the girl was very nice and told me yes, to come in for a 1:00 appointment and that I would be all set because my insurance covered the appointment. I got in my car to head down to the 1pm appointment. After driving over a half hour, finding parking, and walking in, I checked in at the front desk. The girl looked at me and said, with this doe eyed look "oh yah, I was about to call you. We actually don't take your insurance anymore so you will need to pay out of pocket." After asking why she didn't call me, and telling her that I drove over a half hour to get there, she said "yah, sorry we can't help you." I almost lost it. Trying to talk to her was like trying to hold a conversation with a brick wall. I told her how rude it was that she didn't think to call me, and why she told me that they took my insurance when in fact they didn't. She just looked at me with a blank stare and I walked out. They should not have someone as clueless as her working behind the desk. I do not know what her name was but it was Friday at 1pm. So, who ever was working then. I left and called my insurance company who apologized up and down for HER behavior. It turns out they do take my insurance, and they said the girl probably told me they didn't because she double booked me. It was the most unprofessional behavior I have seen in a WHILE especially coming from a doctors office. I would NOT want someone like that working for my business. Luckily, my insurance company got me an appointment down the street at another local dentist and they were absolutely wonderful. read more

Modern and beautiful office. While you're in there take a look at the art work, really is worth taking a double look at. You are greeted kindly by bilingual assistants and receptionists. Dr. Giraldo is very professional and knowledgeable. Her passion for her job shines through and she is very gentle. The equipment is top of the line. Office is clean and it has a very positive energy with all the charismatic personal. Overall great experience. read more

There rude, make sure you guys are checking with your insurance cause they like to charge you and actually your insurance will cover what ever you get done they did it to me twice ! And the lady with the glasses in the front is a bitch ! I was in the hospital and missed an appointment they sent me some letter saying that the appointments I've had I missed when I called them for an explanation and told them I was in the hospital and had proof they never got back. It's sad cause I actually loved this place and they turned in to money scamming people. Update I was message by owner saying no scam and missed appointments mmm I've been with you guys for years mmm my review still stands and again I have proof . I tried All Smiles due to a minor dental emergency while in between dentists. They fit me right in and treated me like I had been seeing them for years rather than someone they had just met. My options for repairing a broken tooth were carefully explained, and then a temporary solution to my problem was provided while I decide what to do next. I very much enjoyed meeting Dr. Tobar and the rest of the staff, and look forward to seeing them again to complete my procedure. I should also mention that the office is so well done, beautiful to look at and they have all the best state-of-the-art "toys" (read: equipment). Tobar. The people are as kind as can be, My root canal was more painless than imaginable. I have only gone to a handful of Dentists in my life. I went to the same Dentist in New Canaan, CT from childhood until I was about 27 years old. My former dentist is an Adjust Professor at Georgetown and very thorough and I had no fillings or cavities until I turned 43 so obviously he did something right (and the bar was set high). However, with insurance changing, etc..it made financial sense to at least consider finding someone new. That said, after trying a handful of other Dentists, I found Dr. Giraldo about ten years ago. Specifically, I've been to a hygienist named Annie who is phenomenal. Annie has surpassed all expectations that I've ever had for any type of medical care/service provider. Annie has a terrific personality (as does all the staff at All Smiles) and very thorough but perhaps more important to me is that she puts the same effort every time you go to her. You can absolutely tell that she cares about what she is doing and she cares about the well being of her patients. To this point, I've never had as thorough a cleaning and I've never experienced such sincere, knowledgeable and comprehensive service. Annie is far and away the most sincere and caring practitioner that I've experienced and the same can be said for Dr. Giraldo. In short, the office is CLEAN, modern and the entire staff is genuinely friendly. The atmosphere/culture of the office is a credit to Dr. Giraldo which translates into a first rate, confident, patient experience. In short, this office is a class act. Also noteworthy, the office regularly reinvests in technology and aesthetics in the office so it is clear that all equipment and facilities are state of the art and always improving. All told, this is a terrific dental practice and in my view, a model of what other medical offices should resemble. Highly recommend!!! read more
