The absolute worst office staff, do not use COVID19 as an excuse for the treatment of patients. I…read morearrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment for paperwork. Called 4 times to be placed on hold until 915. When I asked when the doctor would see me the person advised I needed to complete the paperwork first. I previously was a patient in 2017 and for this appointment a referral was obtained and sent to the doctors office electronically, therefore it was not an issue of verifying my insurance . The staff is rude. According to the practice philosophy, which was provided with the paperwork, they believe in treating their patients with courtesy and respect. They respect their patients time . To have a patient wait 38 minutes does not indicate respect if their time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctors (Al and Dr. Wetzler) here have big ego problems and…read morelike to ask the patients what medical school experience they have. They have no bedside manner at all and talk to patients like crap. My husband had a meniscus tear repair surgery and he was WORSE AFTER the surgery, ended up needing a complete knee replacement then developed a damn blood clot during the surgery and these drs. think giving 5 mg oxycodone for pain is sufficient. It does nothing!!! When asked for a higher dosage because pain is so bad, Al said "you look pretty comfortable to me." He would not give him a higher dose and said he needs to go to pain management. NEVER have I hewrd of a surgical patient needing to go to pain management, that is the drs place to keep his patient comfortable during the healing process! Meanwhile I watch my husband every night suffer in excruciating pain. These guys are real jerk offs and I wouldn't recommend a dead rat go to them let alone a loved one!

They take their time and answered all my questions and truly made it a nice experience. They go the extra mile to help you in any way they can and the staff at the front desk was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place for sure. I have more appointments scheduled and know they are taking pride in caring for me and helping me through this. It means a lot when you feel secure with a doctor and their decisions and the fact that they actually care about you and look out for your best interest and not rush you. For me the experience has been great. I don't feel like they are rushing me in and out. They take the time to sit with you and answer any questions you may have. They are awesome!

He has an amazing bedside manner and truly cares about you! I was very nervous going into surgery and he did a great job in calming me down. I see Dr. Kahan in the Cherry Hill office. Every time I go there, the staff is wonderful. Especially Kerissa and Cheryl! . There is hardly ever a wait and my appointments are quick. This is a must go to office for any orthopedic issue and I highly recommend that you do go! They are open day, evenings, weekends and holidays. I mean, what offices are open on holidays? Do yourself a favor and make this your go to office. 856-751-5100

I just wanted to follow up about my office visit that I had today with Dr. Butler. I don't even…read morethink that I can fully put into words how great my experience was with him. He was extremely professional and pleasant throughout my entire visit. He took the time to explain everything that was happening with my feet and explained it in a way that I could fully understand. He was gentle with my feet (they are very sensitive and painful) and kept me engaged in conversation throughout the visit. He explained all the benefits and risks of surgery because that was something that I was considering. Once my visit ended, I asked if there was a shoehorn that I could utilize because I cannot reach my feet. Because we had discussed some of my concerns during the visit and I had informed him that I have scleroderma, he knew exactly why I needed the shoehorn. Dr. Butler stated that there was a shoehorn in the other room but, decided to help me himself. He proceeded to put my socks and shoes on as well as tie my shoes. Now some people may read this and say that was no big deal. But, for someone like me who struggles daily with simple tasks such as putting on shoes and socks, this meant the world to me. Now let me be clear that I have seen other physicians in your practice, and they have all been wonderful but, Dr. Butler, he is different. His entire approach to my visit and how he handled my feet, and my feelings, took everything to another level. Because of my condition I see a lot of doctors and I can honestly say that Dr. Butler was one of the BEST that I have seen. Please recognize him for a job well done! It is the little things in life, like putting my shoes and socks on that that have the greatest impact on patients like me.

I had some issues with my toenails and I told the doctor it was one or two and he went in and cut them all. Then he went into the corners of them and made them worse and took parts of the nail off, whether or not realizing it or not. I am appalled how the whole thing was handled I will never ever ever go back there and that place should be shut down!!!!
