Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. Had an ongoing problem with removing key after locking front door and could not get it out one time…read morefor an appointment that I had to cancel. Finally got it our after about an hour of fiddling with everything I could think of ... WD 40, dish soap, etc. but didn't want to go through it again. Called and got a strange recording.
