Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a business. company is a joke, and the owner, Larry, is the ringleader of their incompetence. The cement work they did started falling apart almost immediately--cracks everywhere, uneven surfaces, the whole thing was a disaster. When I called to get it fixed, Larry couldn't have cared less. He flat-out refused to do anything about it, claiming it wasn't their problem. Excuse me? How is your shoddy work NOT your problem? Larry was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. It's clear he's only interested in taking your money and running, with zero regard for quality or customer satisfaction. The fact that this guy is still in business is beyond me. Save yourself the headache (and your hard-earned money) and take your project to literally ANYONE else. Avoid this scam artist like the plague. read more

Cancelled twice to sealcoat our driveway. Vehicles had been out on the street since 7:30 AM waiting for them to show. Called at 2:30 PM to cancel and reschedule for a 3rd time. Gal that called laughed when I got irritated with their delays and hung up on me. This outfit is a joke. read more

Our driveway was in need of repair/sealed. We scheduled a day to have repair done. Two days before the scheduled day they called and cancelled due to a truck breakdown. They said they would call back and reschedule the following Monday. Monday came and no phone call. Tuesday came no phone call. So on Wednesday I called and the lady said that they were scheduled to be there Friday. Friday came and no one showed up. I called and spoke to a different person, and was told that material had not arrived and I was supposed to get a phone call the day before saying they would not be able to be there on Friday. Very disappointing. At this point I explained that I was told that they were going to be there on Friday and now I'm being told I was to have been called again, terrible communication. So two weeks after it was supposed to be completed it is finally done. I noticed two weeks later it was some imperfections in the seal from tire tracks. I called and left a message with Premier asking for them to call me back. I no one returned my call. Two days after I left the message I called back and was told that someone had actually came out and looked at the area and said it was normal. I asked why I didn't get a phone call saying that they came out and looked and was just told that they were supposed to call me back. All in all just a miserable experience, terrible communication, and I will never use Premier pavement solutions again. read more

I am currently reporting them to the State's Attorney division of fraud for not completing the job they had on their signed contract and putting a lien on my house. Their work was sub par, the owner Larry Lazzerini refused to work with me on completing the driveway patching and seal coating and in the end cost me a great deal of money to repair. Received a quote from Premier Pavements on May 10th. Yes, it took 10 weeks to get my driveway finished. I had to make several calls to them trying to find out when it was going to get started. Several times we were told they were coming and they didn't show up. Always an excuse, the weather (which I do understand), broken equipment, scheduling problems etc. They even started at one point but didn't return until a week or so later. Well, after burning my garage door, banging up the wrapping around the garage, and melting and burning the siding on the house, they finally finished the job on 8-22-17. They then had the nerve to leave an invoice charging us $200. more than the original quote. When I called to discuss the discrepancy, and basically told them I would pay exactly what my quote stated and not one penny more, the owner Larry Lazzerini threatened to put a lean on my house.............. read more

It's sad because I should have read the reviews before I opted to let them do my driveway. I had several spots filled to level where the asphalt had dropped but it took multiple phone calls to even get them to my house at all. First was the pads and we had to wait long enough for them to set then sealcoat the entire drive. I was told by the salesman "it would look good as new". Not even close!!! Sadly even one of the sealcoat guys said we had been over sold. I had to call right away in July to express how poor it looked. They said they would do it again. When we called after some time we were told "we have all summer". In the end it was done, after we reached out AGAIN and refused to pay, the last week of October. I was looking at the drive, that was supposed to be good for 3-4 years, yesterday considering having it seal coated again this year. There are multiple spots that look like the drive was covered in rocks or something because it's spotty and the stripes we complained about after it was first done are again apparent. If you are considering them keep looking. The cost of sealcoating was three times higher than our highest quote to seal. This was not worth the wait time, aggravation or cost. Late last fall (2017) we had our driveway sealed by Premier and shortly after the snow thaw and the arrival of spring we started seeing bare spots as summer progress so did the flaking of the seal coat on the drive. We made several calls to Premier. We waited and waited for someone to come or even just call us back. It took several more calls and someone finally came and checked it out. He said something defiantly went wrong with the sealcoating. He said he would call my husband back and get this taken care of. We waited a week and my husband "had to call them", and once again they told him someone would call us back. It's been 2wks now since that man came out. We are still waiting a month out with no answers and a driveway with much less sealant on it. Shopper beware. read more

Called Premier on 9/19 for a quote and they came out the next day and left a quote on my door. I called back and said to go ahead with it. They called me on Sunday the 30th to tell me they would be out on Monday, Tuesday if it rained. It did rain Monday but they never showed up on Tuesday. When I called them in the late afternoon they said they still had crews out but had no idea if I was on their list. Never showed up. Wednesday morning comes and I call again. No answer, so I leave a message. They never call back. Wednesday afternoon I call again. The guy that answers the phone has no idea if they're coming to my house. It's now Wednesday night and I have no idea if anyone is coming tomorrow, if ever. read more
