I have been bringing my oldest daughter since birth (now 15). Her doctor used to be Dr. Sanders until he left to Michigan a few years ago. Even though the front desk staff was sometimes rude and unhelpful we continued going because I really liked Dr. Sanders and his care. Then my insurance chose Dr. S. When I had to take my oldest for sick visits she was never in and we had to see Dr. Leon. Dr. Leon seems nice and caring. We stayed with Dr. S since I wanted to give her a chance. I had another baby and for her first year of life she was seeing a Pediatrician in Tarzana since my bf had her on her policy (PPO) we kept it that way and was really happy. Then we placed my little one under my insurance and had some issues with this office. A few times, I called for sick visits and they wouldn't take her in. They wanted me to wait it out which is not something I can do since I had taken the day off from work to have her seen my a MD. I offered for me to wait in the waiting room for a spot so I can take her in and they declined. These things tend to bother me as I wouldn't call asking for a visit unless its urgent. I am not those kind of moms that run to the hand sanitizer if they touch anything. Kids are kids and they need germs to build their immune system so I purposely let them play with dirt. Another issue is requesting a referral; they seem to want to treat the pt in their office even though we request a referral. I have an HMO so referrals are necessary. The last couple of times I have taken my girls it has gotten better. The staff in the front is WAY better than before, this is because they got new staff. The girls are courteous and answer your questions. They seem to know me now, not sure if it's a good thing or bad thing, LOL! read more

Rude front desk. Rude nurses. Nurse does nothing but watch. My son is on oxygen, and rather than make it easy for me - makes it hard. I had to carry my son in one hand and the tank in another while she just watched. And theyrE always in a hurry. I was done being seen, and not even two minutes into dressing my son - she says oh can you exit please we have others waiting?? Hello my son is seven months old, not just a child who can dress and change their oxygen at a rapid speed. They need to get another job or something. I walked out to schedule my appt and they had no clue who i was or who my son was, when i needed an appt or anything. Clearly they dont know they work at a pediatricans office. Will definitely be moving from this clinic. Do not go here. I repeat DO NOT go here. read more

I have been taking my son here for years and I never wanted to give a review because although I love his doctor and the back office MA, the front staff was SO rude that I couldn't even give them 1 star, now that they are gone, I can give them a 5 star review. I never understood how they worked there for so long with that attitude. read more

Good service. Nurse Janet is amazing best nurse ever quick with phone calls. Dr. Leon is always there for me and has great advice all the time. She listens to me and answers my questions very efficiently. She really knows what she's doing. She establishes credibility through the use of pathos in reading patient's charts. read more

Okay, this review is based off Dr. Zonia Leon, only! She is simply the best! I'm 29 years old and when I was a teenager she was my pediatrician. One time I had a weird rash on my eye and couldn't see her because she was on vacation, so I was forced to see 2 other Drs and they both told me it was ring worm. It was not! Went back to dr Leon, she looked at it for a second and said that's not ring worm!, that eczema... Rash was gone after given the proper medication. I now have two toddlers who now go to Dr. Leon and we couldn't be happier. When I had my first child my insurance wouldn't allow me to see her, so we had to go through 2 other pediatricians, who we're nice but through. Luckily When my daughter was 3 months my insurance changed and I was able to see Dr. Leon. The minute she saw her, she noticed a few problems that the other clowns brushed under the rug. We are very blessed that we faced my daughters issue head on before the problem became worse. If you want a pediatrician that will make you feel comfort in knowing your child is healthy, Dr. Leon is the one for you. The office and office staff is not the best, but worth putting up with to have a good Dr. I will follow Dr. Leon anywhere! read more

I love Dr. Sanders as well as my kids!! but, the front office staff is horrible!! They are rude and have no customer service!! Erlinda and Maria have giving me the run around for two on a refund that is owed to me. But, quick to collect my co-payments...lol I wish they would learn what it takes to work in a doctors office, especially one with kids. read more

The doctors - Sanghvi and Sanders are okay. The office staff and nurses are HORRIBLE. They act like you're interrupting if you call to make an appointment for your child. God forbid you ask to speak to the doctor. When my kids were small (less than 3 years) they got sick now & again and needed to see the doctor. The horrid women that work at Premier Pediatrics always made a difficult time even worse, in spite of my wife & I trying to be extra friendly to them. This year we finally found another doctor and couldn't be happier. My kids like the doctor, he is thorough and his staff are excellent. Save yourself and your child some misery and stay away from this place. read more

I will start off by saying that Dr Sanghvi is great and she is the only reason why I continue to take my children to this office. The staff at the front desk is rude, they don't have a clue about good customer service. They don't greet you or even look up to acknowledge the fact that they see you. The same woman has been at the front desk for years and she always looks like she is having a bad day. The back office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I'm in the process of enrolling my 4 year old in transitional kindergarten, so last Friday I called to find out what would be the easiest way to get her physical form completed (my daughter has her physical in February). I was told to drop of the form and it would be ready on Wednesday, today is Thursday. I call this morning and I'm told the the doctor won't be in the office until next week, so I ask why I wasn't informed of this on Monday. And better yet, why was I told my form would be ready on Wednesday? All that anyone could tell me is that the doctor is not in and my form is not ready. read more

Do not go here and expect any customer service at all,the receptionist hates her job so does everyone else in the back office. Dr Sangvi is decent her bedside manner good and she does return your calls herself regarding her patients. If you just get past the unhappy front office you might be ok. The 3 stars are all for the doctor, front office gets a zero. read more

The doctor is good. Dr Sanghvi but the office charging for every little piece of paperwork you need signed or filled out is a bit much! I've have a special needs child that constantly needs paper work filled out for one reason or another and thank goodness I have her under a totally different Doctor otherwise I would be broke. I have my 2 other kids at this office but seriously considering moving them to an office that doesn't charge to fill out paper work. read more

Love doctor Sanders and Dr. Sanghvi. Back office staff is wonderful. They are attentive, nice and seem like they actually care. However like many people have mentioned, the front office staff are rude. They don't provide good customer service, seem grouchy all the time, and don't pay attention to what you have to say. I would give them 5 stars if they would have different front office staff, or at least have them trained to be more professional. They have been there for awhile so they should know better. read more
