My husband's 2-year-old goldendoodle service dog is his constant companion and we're very picky about where we get her groomed. The groomer we had been using went out of business and I read tons of reviews before choosing Premier Pets. Husband took Pepper today for a full grooming and she looked like a million bucks when she was finished. The price was very reasonable. Staff come out to the car to pick up and deliver the dog, which I think is the most safe way to conduct business in Covid times. We'll definitely continue to patronize this grooming service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE! I took my cat to be groomed for the first time here. (She had been groomed 3 other times by a different groomer) I was referred by a friend who said pricing was reasonable for grooming. When my cat was returned, she was in her carrier and I didn't feel like I needed to check her at the grooming location, so I didn't pull her out of her carrier until I arrived home. When I pulled her out, I noticed she was completely unevenly shaved all over her body, around her face, and on her legs. She looked extremely patchy, and I had never experienced this before with other groomers. I texted the groomer and told her I wasn't happy with the job and she said to bring her back and she will "fix her up." I live 40 minutes away from the location, so i asked for a partial refund since she was washed and shaved. She refunded me $30 out of the $100 i paid... The groomer told me "cats are not about to get completely smooth." Since this was the 4th time she has been groomed I know that it is possible for my cat to be smoothly shaved. These gals are really awesome they're friendly well priced quick and do great work. We've been there twice now and the work is consistent. Unlike other places this place isn't a grooming factory. We've been all around town and this place is by far the best in every aspect. What I love probably most of all is that when we get our crazy pooches back they aren't shaking whining and stressed out! I think it has to do with the laid back cage free atmosphere. The pups are happy to see us- perhaps slightly annoyed at the fuss of having been groomed but not stressed like they ALWAYS are when we get them from other locations around town. We've been to petsmart, arfin Annie's, pets 2 groom etc... and this is our place now. The price, the groomers, the quality, our dogs when we get them back it's all good. No complaints. read more

I found this gem of a groomer last year when working a contract in ABQ. They have moved to bigger digs since last year, but still have the same warm welcome. Dogs will let you know when they like or dislike someone....they LOVE this place. They can't wait to get out of the car and bolt to the door to get in. As pretty as they all are, they all have their 'issues' which Jessie and her team manage very well. The littlest poodle is jumpy, the biggest one is yappy (exciteable), and Molly (draped on doggie sofa arm) is the chillest....they are all treated like the beloved family members they are. They always come out looking groomed, which is kinda the point eh?...but you'd be surprised what other places overlook. My dog showing groomer in Houston would approve of their work. The work area is visible when you walk in, and, always tidy and neat....no funny smells. They have a separate quiet room (doggy lounge) for the dogs to relax in after their session. I hate to move on to the next job because it means the girls have to go to 'strangers', not these wonderful folks. read more

Great customer service. The groomers are attentive to the pups and they seem to have a long standing client list. When talking with the ladies they were telling stories of when one of the dogs they were grooming was a puppy and now he's an "old man." My boys looked adorable after their cut and it only took 1 1/2 hours. The pricing is very reasonable as well. This is my new regular place. Pics are a bit blurry because my boys don't stop moving but I asked for crew cuts and that's what I got. read more

Jessie is fabulous! She obviously loves animals, which can't be said for all of the groomers I've been to, sadly. This is a full service place...nails, bathes, de-shedding, trims, and everyone's favorite; anal gland expressing! Pricing is very reasonable and based more on hair than size...my boxer is so cheap it's impractical to bathe him at home! I know my pups will be well cared for, and expertly groomed here! read more

I have been searching for a groomer who knows how to groom collies. This place and Michele in particular did a fantastic job on my collie. She didn't chop up the hair, didn't take all day, and when I went to pick up my dog she wasn't in a crate, she was on the floor with the other dogs socializing. Customer service is top of the line.
