She was more than willing to ease my (first time) nerves of letting a stranger into my house and taking care of one of the family.. that's not something someone should tred lightly on; she provided proof that her (legitimate) business was registered with the city, had insurance, along with additional relative documents (to include references-which I stupidly but don't regret not completing). Each time she came she left "progress notes" about what she and my dog did together so I would know what's needed upon returning home; sometimes she communicated this also thru text messages. Upon the last visit I was shocked to see a toy and little gifts left behind, to include a thank you note (with a photo of my dog) for the opportunity to help. I used Fuzzy Friends back in 2024 for a week of travelling, and also to care for my animals during the time that I could not due to recovering from a broken leg. They were phenomenal, but that is hardly the case now. They use an app called Time to Pet, and back in 2024 I received extensive pictures and very positive communication about my animals and their conditions each day. Even when I was recovering from my broken leg and they found me asleep when they came to service my pets they took pictures and left great detail on their work. That is why when I needed to travel this year, there was no question that I would use them again! I hired Fuzzy Friends to come in and care for my cats and Guinea Pigs from 4/29 to 5/4 (2026.) On 4/29 all I received on their app at 4:59pm was a message, "Your animals have received food and water." No pictures, no detail. I was busy with the business of my trip, and so I thought nothing of the message. The next day, I received a voicemail message at about noon from Fuzzy Friends asking me to call them at my earliest convenience and expressing no urgency. When I called them back, the owner immediately started screaming at me telling me that my house was filthy and had the stench of ammonia, and that her pet sitter got sick after being in my house, and that I would be responsible for her medical bills. I was threatened and told that I had one hour to get someone to my house to get the keys from them or they would call Albuquerque Animal Control and have my animals removed from my house. I immediately called another person that I know that is a very professional pet sitter, and asked her to please go to my house and get my keys and take over this job. She immediately drove from the east side of town to my house and had to wait there while Fuzzy Friends showed up. They only gave her one key to my house at first, she had to ask for the second key. She immediately went into my house and this is what she discovered: It did not look like any service had been done for my animals since I left on Tuesday evening. The food and water were low but at least they were not empty. Also, she questioned why Fuzzy Friends did not mention to me in their app message on Wednesday evening or in their voicemail to me on Thursday afternoon that any problems had occurred instead of all Hell breaking loose on Thursday afternoon. If they had caught the problem earlier there would have been one less day of the house being closed up with the smell of Ammonia! Why else would it have been so strong by the time that they finally went to care for my pets?? I had been using an ammonia-based stain remover on my rugs just before leaving on my trip. Although it was effective on another rug in my den, in my living room the smell was very strong, probably because the house had been closed up since I left Tuesday evening. Luckly, it was the cleaner, and I found that my cats did not actually pee on the rug. The smell certainly was not pleasant, but not to the point that she would describe it as a "stench." My replacement pet sitter told me that as a pet sitter for over 20 years, that sometimes you encounter a problem with something while your customers are gone and you have to deal with it. That is why they hire you. She aired out my house for me and it was clear in a little over an hour. She brought Feliway to my house, folded up the rug so that it could dry, and even offered to drag my rug outside, which I told her was too much for her to do. My rug is being cleaned and deodorized by a carpet cleaner just to make sure that the ammonia smell is gone. Fuzzy Friends refused to refund my money. Despite the fact that my replacement pet sitter had to wait about 15 minutes for Fuzzy friends to show up to get the keys to my house, Fuzzy Friends called Albuquerque Animal Control anyway to report that I had "violated an ordinance." I cooperated with the Animal Control officer that came out to search my house, and I was told by the officer that I have not violated any ordinances. Dealing with these people was a nightmare...They are abusive and they should not be in the pet sitting business...Don't make the same mistake I did by hiring them!

I have had troubles with this groomer in the past! Six weeks ago I decided to give them another try…read morewhen my latest groomer suffered an injury that required her to give up grooming dogs all together. Some background info first: I have Chinese Cresteds, the powderpuff type. (If you Google the breed and type you will find descriptions and MANY pictures. In the past, several years ago I took my 2cresteds to All Angels for the first time with disastrous results. The boys returned to me looking like they had been attacked with rogue scissors! While I realize this breed is unique, I've known students who have done a better job than my boys got! So I told them I was unhappy and received no real compassion from them. I then found another groomer,who after a few years of wonderful care and grooming, suffered an injury that did not allow her to continue her career. So I returned to All Angels after not to finding any groomers who could handle the specifications. Success!! That groomer was very understanding of my requests. Being powder puffs means my dogs are fully coated in long fine hair. I like them shaved and clipped unto a hairless confirmation. Leave the socks, mane and shave down the body hair and muzzle. Its pretty straightforward if you follow the available online pictures. (They sort of look like "My Little Ponies.") This brings us to today. I am disabled and homebound so my husband brought them into the shop. Because I learned their groomer who last serviced them was not available, before their arrival I called and spoke to someone, trying to give instructions. All I wanted was for them to follow the previous line and trim up their face, necks and shave down the body. Did they have any questions? No I was shocked when my husband returned home with them. No line was followed. Their ears look like the hair was hacked from them and the mane is unevenly chiseled throughout! It will be at least a year or more before the damage is healed! I called to complain and got a "mansplaining" explanation that I didn't get there soon enough and being crated caused all the damage. Yeah, Right! My timeline of their text to me telling me they were ready and my husband's payment is less than 30 minutes. I was told I could return them tomorrow for repairs. Yeah, Right! I don't think so. If I could give this business less than one star I would. Needless to say, I am again on the hunt for a groomer who excels in special grooms. Thank you for listening.

After scrolling Yelp and calling what seemed like 40 grooming salons to find a groomer for my dog…read more I finally came across all angels who had space to take her on short notice that was the first green flag. It's located in a very small plaza in the corner and it is a little small on the inside so if you walk up and see others inside keep that in mind in regards to social distancing. On another note, the inside was fairly clean and the waiting area looks decent as well with two chairs and cute dog photos on the walls. I especially liked the area to hang your harness and leash so you don't have to take it in the car then forget it when picking up your dog. Anyway when I walked in and I was greeted right away by I think it was the receptionist, got checked in just fine, and she brought the groomer out who asked me specifics about what I wanted. At first, I was a little nervous because this was a new place for us and I was unsure of how it would turn out. She informed me it was a full schedule and I was the last on the docket so I wasn't sure how long that would be. So I dropped my dog off about 9AM and they called me around 1PM to pick her up. Which wasn't bad at all I was thinking It would be much later. Anyway, when I saw my dog I was so happy with the way she was groomed she looked great! I'll definitely be back there again!
