I never received a call. I called to get results and never received a call back or explanation. My second issue was with billing. I paid my co-pay at the time of the visit, yet received a bill in the mail showing no payment. I visited the the receptionist, and was turned away because they don't handled the billing.

I have no memory of my first 2 days, but my family does. Olivia deserves way more stars than this. The doctors I remember were rude and short with me. Nurses in the step down unit were very sweet, but super busy. No one noticed I wasn't eating. The food was awful. I'm STILL trying to get insurance straightened out. The whole experience, except for Olivia and a few Nurses, was a nightmare and I hope I don't have to go there again! Thank you again, ICU Olivia and most of the step down nursing staff.

As someone who has health anxiety and also is fearful of doctors, making myself go to the dr is difficult enough. The staff was unwelcoming, I told them multiple times I get anxious and that I was nervous and not only did they not try to help calm my nerves, the dr was abrasive and rude. I understand they can't just dismiss things, but if you can't actually look into what I'm coming in for tell me that before I get there. They made me feel like an idiot for going there and I left in tears and completely overwhelmed. This experience made me even more fearful of doctor's offices. Do not recommend.

I hate to give poor reviews, but I feel I have to with my experience yesterday. I injured my foot…read moreand the swelling had gotten so severe I was at a 10 on the pain scale. I went in on crutches because I couldn't bear any weight. In fact, it even hurt to use the crutches because every time the foot moved the pain would shoot up my leg and with my foot dangling, it was moving and painful and swelling worse. The front desk didn't care to help at all. She was cordial, but not helpful. Watched me suffer trying to get from point A to point B. (A wheelchair would've been extremely helpful!) Anyway after 30 minutes I got put in a room to wait another 45 minutes to see the PA or doctor, not sure which title she had, she was nice but in hindsight she absolutely dropped the ball. She sent me for x-ray which took another 30 minutes or so then I sat and waited. The whole time, my swelling was intensely painful! I'm not a doctor and had no idea that the swelling alone was causing the intense pain. Just keeping my foot dangling and no compression and no ice was not a very smart situation bc it was intensifying the compression on nerves and my foot had turned purple with no movement in the toes. The PA and nurse didn't seem to care as I waited for an hour for the x ray to be read. I was shut in a room this entire time with no communication as to what was taking so long. And sitting in a chair in extreme pain with no way to elevate or ice my foot. I finally got up to leave so I could just get home and get some ibuprofen for relief when they gave me the report on the way out the door. No apology no instructions no help whatsoever! I truly felt like I was not cared for at all here. I will never go back even though it is right by my house! I will make the drive to Integris urgent care 15 minutes away where they actually treat you like you are cared for and actually communicate and help you. Come to find out, leaving my foot dangling like I had for so long could've been bad due to the severe swelling and compression on the nerves. Luckily I got home and iced it and elevated and put a wrap on it to alleviate the swelling, but they should've been the ones to tell me that, and make sure I knew to do that to prevent nerve damage! Anyway, just a heads up... they weren't busy when I got there, but picked up a little after I entered the room and were definitely not staffed for the mediocre traffic that came through. As I stated before, I hate to post bad reviews, but the way I was treated definitely warrants one and I think others should be aware.

Her knowledge is limited or wrong based on facts. She has a hard time just getting things done and doesn't seem to be straight forward. They stated on the phone they provided a service but upon coming in, that wasn't the case.
