Sal explained the whole process of pebble tech because we had plaster before. The crew came out and did an amazing job. They also cleaned up every single day. Everyone acted professional. I had so much confidence and trust in Sal, that one I bought a house in AZ, I asked Sal if he knew anyone in AZ that could help me with the DIY pool I was building. Sal advised me Sunsational Pools was slow and his crew would come out and do the electrical gas and plumbing. He also installed the new equipment for the pool. I have to tell you, these guys worked their ass off. This company is a very reliable and trustworthy. We had an AZ Inspector come out and give us a thumbs up on how everything was installed, the next day he called and said the electrical line had to be changed in a certain area. Marco was recommended to us by our local hot tub service company to repair our hot tub. He came out…read moreand then tried to get us to leave our go-to company. We thought that wasn't a good business practice, but he successfully fixed our hot tub and told our go-to hot tub service company that he was trying to steal business from them. We called him out another time for a repair, but he outsourced someone else to fix our hot tub who actually made the issue worse by breaking the threading off a component. He attached a part that wasn't even compatible with our hot tub. There's a 1 year warranty clause on the invoice, but Marco never returned our call after weeks of calling. So we spent over $1000 for this scam. We tried to look up the certification he sent us and noticed that his certification number was crossed off. Seems like he's hiding something because we couldn't verify anything about him. Bottom line, he's not consistent or trustworthy and has slimy business practices. You can call any other hot tub maintenance company around Big Bear and Blue Star/Marco has a bad reputation for this. You'll end up spending even more money and wasting time hiring Blue Star/Marco. Work with anyone else but this place!

I had a terrible experience with Premier Pools & Spas. They subcontract everything with little to…read moreno supervision. Their crew broke a gas and water line, and I was told to fix it myself.l, after i constantly told them before they were there before signing contract and before job started.The project manager never showed up except to collect payment, and they won't even attend the final inspection. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.

I Contacted Steve regarding a pump motor install for my hot tub on Monday September 28. I've…read moreactually had a few conversations with him, not just for this job but another bad pump motor last year. He was always pleasant and seemed like nice person. When I spoke to him this past Monday, he asked for information regarding the type of pump so he could properly quote installation of the new motor. By 11am, I had taken screen shots of the parts I'd ordered for the job and even followed up with the company who sold me the pump to get Steve accurate information so he knew what the install would require. When I initially spoke with him on the phone, I got the impression he really didn't want the job but I thought he planned on getting back with me pretty quickly. By 2pm Tuesday, I still had not gotten a return phone call. So, I called him and the phone just rang. I sent him a text message late Tuesday afternoon that said "Thanks" thinking that I ended the previous text with the pump information and hadn't said anything else which seemed kinda rude. Wednesday I called again and nothing. Friday morning I sent him another text saying "thanks for getting back to me." Steve then responds, saying that he had every intention of getting back to me, until I sent the last text message where I said "thanks." I'm completely taken aback by this arrogance and thin skinned behavior. This company has so much business and is such high esteem that they can treat customers like they don't matter? If he didn't want to do the job all he had to do was say so. This is the typical attitude and treatment I have seen over the past several years by large companies and now its filtered down to the mom and pop businesses. Which I find absolutely fascinating since building a business takes time and word of mouth is everything. Or at least it used to be. If you are reading this review, I would strongly advise you use another repair service because the boys over at I.E Pool Masters obviously have way to much work and don't really need you as a customer. The bottom line is they, or at least Steve looks at the customer as an insignificant pain in his ass. And if he perceives something you say as a slam toward his service, he just simply won't return your calls, text and has no problem leaving you the customer, hanging! Much better spa repair services out there. I'm now glad I didn't have him do any work because I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been done correctly and I don't trust any company who treats a customer with such disregard. If you like a company to call you back whenever the hell they feel like it, or blow you off and waste your time then I.E Pools is your company!
