Renter beware of description online - I rented a unit online without going to see the site. I…read moreassumed that if they offered multiple floors there would be an elevator. There was not! My unit was on the second floor and i had a split unit that should have been next to each other. However this one had a unit in between my two units. While there it was very busy with people returning trucks. So i was never really help. But a U-Haul employee from another store was there helping out. When i asked what i need to do to cancel my unit it is not what i wanted. I was told its best to go online and do it. I couldn't find anywhere online to do this. I then called the 1-800 number the lady who answered was helpful but said the store needed to do the return. That i still haven't received anything on. I will never use them again.

I decided to get a bigger unit once I got there and Greg made everything so easy. He is so kind, very funny and personable. The storage spaces are big, clean and very secure. There is easy access to locked sliding doors, carts to move belongings and elevators if you are on the upper floors. They also have moving supplies in the lobby if needed for purchase. I was met with a smile and very nice people. I spent a good amount of time talking with Summer about their services and offerings for spots and everything. She was polite, kind, and treated me amazing. You can tell it's family owner and friendly. Everyone is so nice and treats you with much respect and just kind people.
