Nahem gave us a fair quote, and did a great job with the installation. Lots of communication during the process (different possibilities for where to mount the cable, where to run it into the house, etc.) The antenna is well mounted to the chimney, and the cable is neatly and tightly mounted under the eaves, and the point where it goes into the house is fully weather sealed. Nahem was able to dial in the positioning so that all stations have a strong signal (even ABC, which is notoriously difficult). I highly recommend Nahem/OTA Communications.

Given this info, I then did some more research on what the best antenna for our needs would be, and how we could set ourselves up to record shows broadcast over air. After figuring out the antenna I wanted (Clearstream 2V) and the equipment we needed for recording shows (Tablo 4th Gen 4-Tuner), I then reached out to Nahem at OTA Communications to have everything installed. I am so glad I did! Nahem is the consummate professional- he came out as scheduled, explained exactly how the individual equipment would work, what he needed to do install everything, answered every question I had, and did an excellent job setting everything up. We now have 88 clear and crisp over-air channels (along with an additional 103 provided by the Tablo 4) and a dedicated resource (Naheem) who I feel I can call at any time with further questions or concerns. Premium level customer service, just a great guy who takes immense pride in his work. And now we've knocked 160.00 a month off our cable bill. Thanks Nahem!

I knew my contract was up December 2020 so I called today (1/11/21) to cancel because I'm going to get a more reliable system through someone else and found out that since I didn't send a 30 day cancellation notice in writing prior to December, I am auto renewed for another year. To be fair, this is in the contract but no one EVER verbally mentioned it and it doesn't even provide an address of where to send a cancellation note. Sneaky! The customer service is totally lacking with this company. All that said, I do not recommend them for security services.

You can not talk to someone live unless he/she is selling something. We've called so many times about their faulty equipment. They have you on hold for very, very long times, before customer service takes the call, all this before Covid-19 and during Covid-19 after not working for 6 months and staying home all day every day, I realized I was going to be out of work another 6 months. I sent emails through their contact us tab on the website, I left several messages about the need to reduce my expenditures and finally talked to someone who seemed to understand and helped me cancel my service. 6 months later i thought, after jumping through all their hoops, I started receiving phone calls that i could not cancel my contract, that I still had one more year. They notified me that the person that helped me no longer worked there. So they started Unauthorized bank withdraws 8 months later. I had to spend $30.00 to stop payment at my bank, Plus an unsuccessful attempt to collect the one payment they were able to get from my bank account. $62.99. These people stop at nothing or care Less about the crap they put in our homes, then they don't service it without paying for the Techs to come out regardless if their equipment was faulty. This is one of my worst experiences of customer service, trying to get customer service, and my timeshare contract was easier to get out of than this no-good corrupt company sucks big time. PS: I had to pay my city hundreds of dollars for the false alarms that VIO/ GHS would not reimburse me for due to their faulty equipment. Warning do not do business with VIO/ GHS!!!!!

I received a call from their office manager about 2 months ago for the final payment and told her my problem, she advised jerry and jerry called me and i sent him photos of how my screen needed to show pictures for they had no organization to the lay out. He said he called steve and steve called me and I called him back n still awaiting his call months later. the office manager left me a message thursday saying if they didn't get paid they would turn me into collections and turn my cameras off. today is saturday and they cut my service but don't realize they opened their self up to major liability....
