I have since made appointments for both services and I must say that Chrissy is fabulous. She is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. She is scrupulously hygienic and uses care and concern for her patients comfort. She did a wonderful job. I love that she is not a high pressure sales person at all. Diva, Threads, Hormone Therapy Overall I was disappointed in this experience. I was sold a very expensive therapy that was the opposite of what I needed and was burned unnecessarily as the provider failed to numb me properly. My gynecologist was appalled. I was given hormone therapy that was too strong for me and I was ridiculed when I mentioned the unwanted effects. I would have stopped there but I was given a store credit, not a refund for the wrong procedure. So I used the credit to try some other things. I also won two services in drawings. The thread lifts were good, botox type Ok, but I had a different skin treatment where I was told to expect a certain effect. The provider changed the strength of the service without telling me or letting me know that the effect would be different. After a few days, I became concerned and asked the provider to call me to clarify. I was told the provider would not call me back as she only worked one day a week and could not be bothered. I tried to reach the clinic owners who are health care providers themselves at their pain clinic but was told they would not talk to me without making a separate appointment even though I explained I was already a patient. I asked for them to contact me when they returned from Europe. Still, the direct provider would not call me. Finally, almost a week after the service was provided, she called and got my VM. But she didn't call about my concerns, she called to SHAME ME for pursuing the answer to my questions. She made no effort to get my perception of what was going on or to address my question. She told me she felt I just wanted to complain. This was my only phone call of this nature after receiving services over the course of a year and spending thousands of dollars. This was amazing to me as a 2 minute phone call could have cleared up the problem, I feel these people do not behave like the medical professionals they are supposed to be, and they exhibit contempt for unhappy clients. At this point, I canceled the final remaining service I was scheduled for because I was unwilling to let any member of their staff touch me again. The owners never called me back so it appears they also don't care about medical ethics or professionalism. read more
