Nathan and Josh were great--they showed me around the place and gave me lots of good recommendations based my needs and use for the furniture. They also don't hide minor flaws of the items--Josh pointed out that one of the sectional couch I bought has a minor issue with the zipper, which still works but explains the steep discount. Finally, they offer $100 delivery regardless of the amount of furniture you buy. This place is a total bargain for people who want affordable and quality furniture: for example, I stumbled upon $200 electronic standing desk (second hand). I would have taken it had I not invested in an uplift one two years ago which cost me around $1000. They also have brand new dining set (table + 4 chairs) for $375 or $350. I just bought a set from Costco with a middle leaf and six chairs at $850. Had I seen this one earlier, I'd probably opt for this over the Costco one given how affordable it is. Overall, very happy with my purchase. I'll come back to update my review if there is quality issue. If there is no update, that means the quality is also satisfactory!

Generally in furniture stores I feel you get mobbed but this was so far in the other direction where it seemed there wasn't anyone even working in this ghost town. I went about checking out chairs. Turns out they don't update their online inventory well so that most of what I found online before driving out here wasn't actually available. I came across one nice guy finally who apparently was a stock person. He was able to confirm certain chairs weren't available, and was very nice to hep me, but said I had to find a sales person to get more info on a few things. He took me up to a very exasperated person who helped but was rushed and didn't quite pay attention to what I was saying for the situation. The front desk gal that ended up checking me out was very nice. the chair I picked out was not marked, the gal that priced it was quoting me for a table which I wasn't even asking for and had to remind her of twice, and then seemingly just made a price up for the chair I was actually asking for which I'm not sure was really worth the price. I probably should have just walked out and went elsewhere....the chair I got is in great condition but I just don't think worth the cost for ONE chair. I get it for what they want to sell in bulk office space wise, but considering my office is soon to be looking for furniture, I have learned a valuable lesson of where we shouldn't go. No refunds for used which is what the bulk of the store was that I saw.

I used the color copy machine and when they printed out I noticed that the colors did not really match at all. The black was also very faint and almost look like a dark gray. I asked the girl to print them for me because maybe their copier would have darker ink. I thought I would be charge the same amount as the self serve since the other machine didn't seem to be working properly but she charged me the higher fee because I asked her to do it. I also needed a few things laminated and had called earlier in the day and was told it was 1.99 per sheet. When I arrived I was told it was 2.49. They did price match but only after I insisted. The manager was the person that told me the incorrect price. I was laminating an 8 x 11 that was cut in two pieces and instead of them cutting it in half again after it was laminated, she just handed it to me for me to cut. Normally this would not be a big deal but I had just been to Staples a few days before and had much better service. It's also concerning that the manager of the store doesn't know the prices or didn't take the time to verify. I will not be returning to this store for prints.

I simply needed something scanned and the scanner wasn't even working. I would never leave a minimal staff to take care of a place like this. Shame on you!!! On a positive note, Heidi and Aracely had about 10 customers coming at them and they handled everyone with a smile, an apology and EXCELLENT customer service. Office Depot should count themselves very lucky to have such incredible employees. Total grace under pressure. Please give them both a raise and a huge "thank you." They deserve it.

It was quite busy, though a manager was efficient at directing customer to this direction or that. I went to the printing station. Mari helped me immediately. She was thorough, and worked for more than 10 minutes trying to get the item printed -- all to no avail. In some ways I felt redeemed that it wasn't just my faulty gray cells not working, there' s something wrong with the print instructions. So nice to have such helpful attitudes in brick and mortar stores!

Vass & Lynne Sirpolaidis were the best business owners I've worked for by far. I have always admired them as people as well as business owners. If I ran a business, I would follow their plan to a "T". The business they ran then was top notch. With their daughter at the helm of Eon and Vass and Lynne's involvement, I have no doubt this is an excellent company to work for. Here is a company that believes in top notch quality service down to the simplest detail. In the "olden days" Vass insisted even the shipping labels be placed deliberately on packages with care (squarely and centered) There was never half-a**ing anything. Their prices have always been competitive and the quality of service has kept their loyal customers. Though I'm 48 now and wore my body out a bit over the 12 years (I can feel it now yet I still run circles around anyone I work with) I would go back in a heartbeat to work for this family oriented business and be part of something really big again.
