We ordered a bus for 12-19 people. I spoke to the grumpy man named Jim several times to confirm. At the pick up time a very old dirty white van showed up that only seated 10, uncomfortably so the other people had to follow behind in a car. The driver was somewhat nice. But never got out of the van to open the door, not even the broken back door where we placed our cooler. When I asked about the bus I was told they were all in the shop. I called to complain and we were given a discount of $10 each and told the ones who could fit did not have to pay!! Do not recommend. read more

The woman is so nasty. Always has a mini-meltdown when she first arrives. Obviously doesn't want clients comfortable. One day she was going off the road multiple times. Today was the first day she wasn't messing with her phone or running audio clips of stories louder than necessary. The van that she drives definitely isn't the best vehicle. I really like Premier Transportation !! I have never ever had a problem with them ! They're always on time ! They don't leave me and tell me to call them when I'm done n they send someone else . They drop me off at my appointment or testing or store and They wait for me and bring me right home ! They're the best transportation service I've ever used and the only transportation service that I've never had issues with . If ever they can't pick me up on a certain day .. I'll cancel my appointment n reschedule for a day they can take me rather than use the other service . I always request Premier and they've never not been able to pick me up ... Great taxi service and affordable rates, friendly and will converse with you. They've helped me out so many times when my car would break down and I'm eternally grateful for it. I have used Premier 3 times. the first to drive me to and pick me up from outpatient surgery . The second and third time for trips to and from Hopkins Airport. I made arrangements ahead of time. They were on time and courteous. I don't believe they operate like Uber or Lyft, last minute transportation. I would recommend this company and will use them again. read more

I needed a ride to pick up my car about 15 miles away from GOTL yesterday at noon. Called Premier was told "I'll send a driver now". 10 minutes later taxi pulled up. The driver, Scott, was really nice and I give him mad props for putting up with us. Five girls who were most likely extremely annoying in our drunkeness. Some of my friends can be demanding too, so I apologize for that as well, Scott. I have read some bad reviews on other sites for this business. I don't really know why. You get what you pay for. It's not a stretch hummer and that's certainly not what you pay for either. We may have had to wait a bit longer for this shuttle to show up at one location but they were cheaper than some other local drivers and surely not as smarmy. One of those other drivers (who shall remain nameless) will show up to where you're sitting at a winery and tell your group to "quiet down" like she's your mother. That person also claims to drive a limo but does not (It's a CAR). That person also knew we had FIVE people in our party all night long -- yet when she slammed on her brakes to yell at us and kicked us out of her car she said "it's also ILLEGAL (!!!) to have more than 3 people in the back seat!" And that was our fault that you drove us around that way? My friends were probably really annoying and talking really loud in your car, I get it.... but what do you expect from drunk Italians? They must never go to Geneva. Also - Scott was cool enough to NOT kick us out of his van even though we were loud in it, too. If you can't handle driving drunk people around then perhaps it's time to find a new business venture. I hope that person doesn't cast a spell on me or find me using that crystal ball that I think she has. I'd use Premier over other shuttles next time I visit Geneva. read more

We took Premier Transportation last year around to 5 wineries in the area and had a great experience!! We took them again last weekend and were not similarly impressed. Our driver the first time and a trip in the middle of our rides was great and professional. However, 3 of our 5 trips were handled by a driver in a 12 passenger van named Brenda. Brenda was initially fine, but not a person you would describe as friendly or welcoming. This wasn't an issue as I can appreciate dry, if not curmudgeonly humor. As our trip progressed, she complained about her passengers and said we had better not throw up in her van. It was 1:00pm on a Saturday, winery hopping with 3 girls and 2 guys. I could understand the comment if we were a debaucherous bachelorette party, and I can even understand the comment as a joke. Yet, she continued to harp on us about it, amongst our following two rides with her. Other small issues of unfriendliness occurred, but the biggest issue was when she picked us up the 2nd time. While the 5th member of our group was getting into the van, she began pulling off with our friend falling out of the doors! The side door was clearly opened and she only had one foot inside the vehicle. She was able to catch herself before hit her head on the door fall onto the gravel driveway. The only reason Brenda stopped is because we yelled and said stop, otherwise she was going to keep driving!! When she actually got into the vehicle, the professional thing to do would be to apologize and even ask if our friend was okay. Instead, she said, "You should of been in the vehicle. I was going to drive off because I thought you were in!" No apology and then changed the subject to how we shouldn't play music on our phone because we were going to talk over it anyway. Totally unprofessional and rude. THIS IS YOUR JOB: to make sure people are in the vehicle and doors are closed before you drive away. She even joked the 3rd time she picked us up about being in the vehicle before she pulls away. I know mistakes happen and everyone is human, but an apology at minimum would have been accepted, especially for potentially injuring a customer. She then went on to ask if we were actually going to pay/tip for the service. We will probably use Premier again, but Brenda was the most professional driver any of us have had in years. We frequently take Lyft and Uber and their drivers (who are independent contractors, not employees) are way more professional than Brenda. We will never a take a ride with her again. You will most likely be belittled, complained about and, god forbid if you're getting into the vehicle, it will be your fault for not doing so at Brenda's haste. read more

My car broke down last Friday, Jan 17. I called to get my daughter a ride to & from work here in Geneva on 2nd shift. The driver was awesome. Since we had no way to get to the bank. He was kind enough to take my daughter to get money from an ATM. We are very satisfied & happy with our service and the awesome driver. I want to thank them personally. Good company friendly service. Don't accept credit cards or have a stripe account though. The only downside

This was our second time using this service with our cousins. Our first experience was good which is why we called again. This time, when we were leaving the homeowner's (our cousin) home, the driver was distracted ON HER PHONE, drove onto the homeowners grass getting stuck. The driver proceeded to spin the tires creating at 30 foot rut in the homeowner's grass. Some areas of the rut were very deep- not something you can just quickly fix. The driver called in the incident to the company and indicated they (the company) would take care of it. As they should. Premier's employee caused the damage. Premier was called the next business day and the homeowner was told Premier would take care of it in a few days. After multiple attempts to have the yard fixed, the homeowners ended up fixing it at their OWN EXPENSE! They were never compensated by the company in any way. Premier certainly collected their money from all of us, though. The company never apologized for the damage to the yard or has made good on the damage they caused. Due to their lack of customer service or consideration, we'll never use them again. read more

We had a great night using Premier taxi. We were a group of 8 girls for a bachelorette party. Kathy was our driver and was wonderful. I was worried we were being way to loud but she took it all in stride. I would tell her what time we wanted her to pick us up and she was always there. We ordered a taxi during dinner, a group of 9. Weather was very cold and wet. We ordered at 9:30, they said they would arrive a little after 10. It was 10:25 and the taxi was still not there, and the restaurant was closed. We called the company, and they had no idea where their driver was. The lady we spoke to could not even give us a time estimate, and gave a severe attitude. Would not recommend, had a great dinner, but ended up walking home in our heels and cold. Brrrr. read more

Let me tell you a little somethin about premier transportation. My girlfriend and I that have been dating for almost 5 years went on a wine tour up here. Honestly a little sketched out a first. But this transportation services literally save the day, the month, and the year. They are perfect. Totally cater to what you need and want. Totally stress free. Call ahead though because we are good planners. Schedule a time, they will be early and won't charge you for the wait. They literally made the night go so much smoother . Driver drove down the driveway forward not backwards and put a 30 foot rut in our yard. Some areas of the rut were 12 inches deep. My husband pulled the van out with his own truck. Called the company on Monday and was told that they would take care of it in a few days. Called back on Friday because nothing had been done to repair the yard. We ended up fixing the yard at our own expense. We were never compensated by the company in any way. The company never apologized for the damage to the yard or thanked us for saving them a tow bill by pulling out the van ourselves. This was the second time we used this service.
