I was looking for a shop that had experience, not something hyped up in yelp reviews but more so had a portfolio/pictures of proven work and history of customer satisfaction. Reviews matter but the amount of reviews left matters to me more. When I called Robert he was friendly, specifically able to answer questions, and quoted a reasonable price. I requested for a seat repair for a blow out on the drivers side. Arriving at the store for fabric matching he was even friendlier, and eyeballed what was needed without any tools. I am very satisfied with the repair which was completed in less than one day. I'd use Premier again and again and will refer anyone I hear needing work done to this business. read more

Completely repaired the seat and replaced the leather. There was a huge gash in the seat before where it was open down to the padding. This was a particularly complicated job since the seat also has holes for doing the 'cooling' mechanism, which seems to work after the repair. They found suitable leather with holes that could work. While the scheduling was a bit difficult (they are booked for weeks on out), this is definitely where I will go if I need any kind of seat repair for my vehicle in the future. Well, once I removed the seat and started removing the cover I found that the job was most likely beyond my abilities (or at the very least beyond the limits of my patience). My newly acquired 2012 F250 has Adobe Leather seats. With the height of the truck, apparently climbing into the cab caused a stress tear, side panel of the driver side seat. After doing my due diligence on Yelp, Angie's List , etc., I decided on "Premium Upholstery" on Auburn Blvd. Talked with Robert (Owner, I suspect) and I was convinced. The straight talk, knowledge and professionalism was excellent. Created an appointment, paid for the leather to be ordered, could not wait to get this little tear repaired in my almost perfect truck. Made the appointment in the AM, picked it up in the PM, I was AMAZED! The stitching, color of the leather matched perfect. They should rename this business Perfection Upholstery. I took my 2018 Ram pickup to premier because I didn't like the grey interior and cloth seats. After discussing options with Robert & making a decision I scheduled the job. They reupholstered my bucket seats in black vinyl with red stitching (to match the red exterior) and they sprayed the dash and door panels black to cover the grey. They also painted parts of the dash black. It turned out fabulous. Robert and Tony gave me great customer service. They are very likeable, knowledgeable, skilled guys that did exactly what they said they would do and had it ready at the time promised. I came out one day to find my rear window shattered on my convertible. To my dismay, no auto glass place would repair it. I don't own a fancy car or anything, my Toyota solara is probably the least luxurious convertible out there, still, finding I HAD to go to a custom auto upholstery place, was awful news. I could see the dollar signs. Still, Tony gave great customer service when I came in. I am sure this place is more aimed at classic car restoration and custom jobs, but I was treated great and he did his best to keep costs low.I can't give it 5 stars because the people he ordered the parts from (it ended up being just a few hundred bucks extra to replace my leaky top too), took forever to deliver (the better half of a month), but once they were in, the top was on in 2 days. He may have even worked through Christmas to make up for the time lost. I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have an unspectacular convertible like me ;-) read more

I took in my 1988 Honda Civic hatchback to have the seats re-upholstered. I was very specific on how I wanted to keep intact the original look. The owner was very understanding and explained thoroughly that he would try his best to keep it's originality but that it would be difficult since the vehicle is old and the material might be outdated. He quoted me a price that I was MORE than happy with and I left my vehicle in his hands. When I returned to pick up my Honda Civic a week later, I was delighted to see his workmanship, not only was he able to keep it original looking the overall job was beautiful! It's a shame that they don't re-upholster furniture because I would have them redo my entire sectional couch. I most definitely recommend them to anyone! Cheerio! read more
