Took me back in a matter of just a few minutes where the nurse prepared an antiseptic solution to soak the wound. PA-C came in within about 5 minutes or so and after evaluating the hand, started presenting treatment options with me. We agreed on one and she immediately began the treatment. She was careful to demonstrate how I was to change the dressing, ordered some antibiotics for me and I was out. My compliments to her and her entire staff for an outstanding professional experience.

I received collections notice/letter in July 2026 for an appointment that occurred May 6, 2026 at REDI-MED. My HSA paid the WHOLE bill off May 26 or 27, 2026. It's July 2026 I'm receiving a collections notice. After calling and speaking to the customer service rep, I still had to send a screen shot of my paid HSA information so that it could be 'verified'- even though I had provided the paid reference numbers via our phone call. The service rep helped make this right, however this is consistently a repeated problem, hence I paid through my HSA instead of a debit/check. (Easier for me to find). I say that to point out- I've had more testing this year at the imaging center. I'm receiving the same GRAND treatment from Lutheran Network-Collections. I've been making payments through my HSA on this bill as well, yet the collections letter comes and the balance is for the full amount. LUTHERAN HEALTH NETWORK IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. TRACK APPOINTMENTS, DOCUMENT YOUR PAYMENT AND KEEP A FOLDER. YOU'LL NEED IT IN 6 MONTHS WHEN ITS ARY AND YOU NEED TO PROVE YOU'RE MAKING PAYMENTS OR YOU'VE PAID IT OFF. Cover your "ASS"ets.

(1-19-12) Just got a bill in the mail from Urgent Care for their "fantastic" medical services they…read moreprovided to me back in JUNE of last year (2011) when I was 6 months pregnant with poison ivy. I opted to call before I went in, to see if they could even help me, since I was pregnant. I told them over the phone that I did not want to come in if they were going to tell me they couldn't help me since I was pregnant and they said said "yes, we can help you" after referring to the doctor. I overheard them explain to the the doctor that I was pregnant before telling me that. They confidently said that they could help me and told me to come in... Once I was in the appointment they said based on their Google search they couldn't do anything for me and were not comfortable treating me. They called a pharmacist for consultation and sent me to the pharmacy for an over the counter wash that they recommended....which didn't help AT ALL. Before leaving, I voiced my frustration that I had called prior to see if they could help me and explained that they told me to come in. At that point they did give me a prescription for a steroid but recommended highly that I did not fill it. Again, I explained my frustration. I believed all this time that I hadn't gotten a bill because of that. I asked why it took half a year to get a bill for services that were not helpful and they said their system was broken and they were upgrading. I asked if they were aware it was broken all that time and she said yes. So here... I have a bill for $48.00 to pay. I asked them if I could take half a year to pay it and would you believe her response was "no"? When I explained that I was frustrated with them for all these above reasons the billing agent was unapologetic and uncaring. Despite me being pretty patient about the whole ordeal over the phone with the billing agent I explained that I would not be coming back ...which didn't seem to phase her at all. Thanks, but no thanks Urgent Care. For every possible reason I can think of... I absolutely will not be back....

I would encourage you to do this before coming into the facility. It just makes things easier. Once in the facility things were pretty easy. The check in process was no problem. Though it helped that I was the only one there. Elliot checked me in. She was very professional and friendly and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes to get into an exam room. The team was staffed with a nurse and a Nurse Practitioner. I waited in the exam room for about 25 minutes before the Practitioner arrived. The process was very straight forward, professional and comfortable. I felt like I was given an accurate diagnosis and helpful treatment plan. I would not hesitate to give this place a try.
