Checked in with a hand/finger injury after I was having problems stopping the blood flow. Front office staff were courteous and quick even though in the process of training someone new. Took me back in a matter of just a few minutes where the nurse prepared an antiseptic solution to soak the wound. PA-C came in within about 5 minutes or so and after evaluating the hand, started presenting treatment options with me. We agreed on one and she immediately began the treatment. She was careful to demonstrate how I was to change the dressing, ordered some antibiotics for me and I was out. At this point I'd almost rather go to any other urgent/emergency care unrelated to Lutheran Health network. I consistently have billing issues. Lutheran Network needs to do better. I received collections notice/letter in July 2026 for an appointment that occurred May 6, 2026 at REDI-MED. My HSA paid the WHOLE bill off May 26 or 27, 2026. It's July 2026 I'm receiving a collections notice. After calling and speaking to the customer service rep, I still had to send a screen shot of my paid HSA information so that it could be 'verified'- even though I had provided the paid reference numbers via our phone call. The service rep helped make this right, however this is consistently a repeated problem, hence I paid through my HSA instead of a debit/check. (Easier for me to find). I say that to point out- I've had more testing this year at the imaging center. I'm receiving the same GRAND treatment from Lutheran Network-Collections. I've been making payments through my HSA on this bill as well, yet the collections letter comes and the balance is for the full amount. LUTHERAN HEALTH NETWORK IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. I made an appointment. I was told due to staff that was not being honored. The wait was anticipated at 2 hours. I waited the 2 hours and inquired about the new time frame. I was most graciously told about another 1.5 hours. I would recommend waiting it out until you can see your PCP or if it's bad enough emergency. This really is a full waste of time. You have to plan for hours in addition to being ill. I don't want to come off as a complainer, but if you know the facts, you can make informed decisions. Had I known it would be near 4 hours in my car, that appointments which they recommended and requested weren't being honored, I would have stayed home in bed or called my PCP. I know that everyone is having staffing issues, coupled with the recent horrible weather, but the lack of full transparency isn't acceptable to me. My 2022 invoices keep showing a drug screen I took in 2021. They are assuring me that I was not charged for a drug screen but they are refusing to take this off my invoice. When asked, they show this drug screen was for a pre-employment check and the insurance ran for the drug screen belongs to that employer. They keep telling me to talk to the billing department. However, the billing department says they aren't responsible for information in my account. They told me to call the other insurance I do not have. My insurance that I do have initially refused to pay for my March 2022 visit BECAUSE REDIMED TOLD THEM THE PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN WAS MY INSURANCE. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE SO I DID. My insurance told me they do not have any other insurance on record for me. I called my old boss and they said they stopped covering me in December 2021. So that insurance should not be listed in my account for March 2022. Redimed finally sent me a second bill and the date on it is 6/6/22 but I did not get it till today. It still has the drug screen listed as insurance used for this visit. I tried to talk to them today but they insisted I have $33 outstanding. Which is interesting because originally they said the entire bill was my responsibility. I called my insurance again and they said the March 2022 visit was approved 4/18/22. So why did Redimed wait till 6/6/22 to send me this statement? They are insuring me they are not charging me for a drug screen while still refusing to give me a corrected invoice with the drug screen removed, or a itemized invoice to prove they did not charge my insurance for the drug screen either. At this point, I have no choice but to pay the $33 to get them to shut up, never visit their clinic again since they will continue to put this drug screen on my future visits and send these invoices to the FBI to let them know Redimed refuses to take a 2021 drug screen off my account and invoices. They keep acting like I am the problem, but you an research medical fraud on the DOJ or FBI website and these coding issues are often seen where there is insurance fraud committed by a medical provider. If Redimed is NOT committing insurance fraud, why won't they remove this from my account and my invoices? read more

When I visited the Maplecrest location this past Friday Jan 28th 2022 I was able to set up an appointment while I finished up some personal business and when I returned I was seen with very little waiting time. The staff at the scheduling window were very curtious and professional. When I was seen in the exam room the nurse and then the Doctor were also very curtious and professional. The Doctor addressed all my issues and made sure she addressed any questions that I had with diagnosis and treatment plan before she left the room. She asked me more than once and exhibited a degree care. That was highly appreciated and I didn't feel rushed. Excellent service!! read more

This place is terrible. I had a problem with my eye in July. The PA helped me with it and told me to just come back tomorrow for a follow up. When I left, I asked the staff if I would have to pay again since it's just a follow up. They said no. A month later I receive a bill for the copay saying I never paid. Your staff are liars. Had I known I would have to pay, I would have never come back. I was fine. But I came back just to follow up. When I came back for follow up, the physician didn't even know how to work the tool to look in my eye. Worst place to take your children! all three of my Kids came down sick. this Dr. told us it was allergies.... um so all three get allergies in the same week and they have never had them before, and I don't recall allergies making you run fevers. when we questioned the dr she seemed like we where acting crazy to even question it. so we won't be going back here will make sick visits with our own dr going forward. which we did 24 hours after see this dr and guess what not allergies at all!!! 2 of my kids have the flu and the other has strep. so yay redi med for one costing us money and two not doing your job. this dr shouldn't be a doctor if that is the case absolutely ridiculous. worst dr in the world and she knows who she is probably doesn't even care. read more

Very slow and extremely rude. Would rather wait to see my doctor than go back to this place.

My wife needed a physical, including tests and a HepB immunization for a college required course working with children. She's healthy, so we went to this Redimed. First come, first served, so I made an online appointment. We still waited. The husky girl would not take our health insurance information for billing. She said we would have to pay, then file with our Anthem BC/BS. She also told us the fee was only $150. I can absorb that. My wife was seen, and things went downhill after that, both time-wise and costs. Without adding great detail, she needed a TB skin test read. It was close to positive, and we were told she needed an x-ray, which would have to be read. That was done, BUT, instead of reading the x-ray and telling us it was negative, we went to the back of the line for the "first come, first served" and then waited another hour, plus. The bill came to over $750!! I had to file with our insurance, something this Redimed refused to do for us. Stay away! They lie about costs, they're lazy, unprofessional, and try to suck all the cash out of needless procedures. read more

We just went in for my husband to do a random drug screen for work and the woman at the front desk seemed nice at first but when I asked her how much longer wait was going to be after waiting for 20 some minutes and no one in the waiting room in front of us she snapped at me and I got a horrible look. Long wait, over 1.5 hours with only 2 customers in front of us. I am cash pay, was quoted $137.08 which made me almost go somewhere else. (Like Parkview Walk-In clinics where cash pay is under $120, usually around $100) On the way out was given a bill for $196. Unbelievable. I was told that only would be more if there were tests (labs, xrays) etc. There was nothing extra done. Just there for my kid's repeated vomiting and headaches. Just lost another PCP because this one left to be a specialist in something, last one before just up and quit after ObummerCare. So tired of this nonsense. Part of the reason everyone else is paying so much is because the bottomfeeders pay nothing. Will never go to a Redimed again. Total price gouging. read more
