Our guests continued to use The Roof when they needed a break from the band. The food was also excellent. Many of our guests remarked on its quality, including some who had their own catering businesses. We found Bridget Ann and Kaelan very easy to work with, and there were no last minute surprises. I called them a few times to make sure everything was good , I also explained that 6 people would arrive about 15 minutes prior to the reservation since it was a surprise and I would bring the birthday person in a few minutes later . I also specified in the reservation the request for their room with NYC views etc... Guests get there and are told that the room I requested has another party going on and that reservations are not a guarantee as they run in a first come first serve basis . So WHAT IS THE POINT of holding my credit card for 5 months then ?? I tried speaking to management for weeks before the reservation and one was never available . So their event management is an absolute joke I'd give NO STARS if I could . The view of the city is simply amazing and our waitress Nai was such an amazing person , she was always on point , always very attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu . She deserves 10 stars .
