I never leave bad reviews for businesses, as working in customer service myself I know that everyone has a bad day. There is a line of professionalism that I still expect a business to proceed with as I am a paying customer who will affect future business for you. Premier tint was recommended by a close friend, and my boyfriend even went and got his tint job done here and was originally pleased with the job. Which makes my experience even more frustrating as I wish we did not help this business in the first place. There was a scheduling error on their part for my car, the owner was rude, and insisted that I was the one late and pushing back his business for the day. It's sad that your poor customer service will cost you a good chunk of business. Because while it may seem I am only one customer, my experience with how rude you were to me will in turn cause me to make sure that everyone I know does their business elsewhere. A lot of customers may not see an issue in how nice or rude you are to them. But this customer does, and sadly it means no one I know will be giving you a chance. There are a good amount of reviews with the same experience as mine. And I hope someone reads this and decides to give their money somewhere else, there are plenty of other businesses who have good prices, great quality in their work, but ALSO treat you with respect. They were very quick and to the point when I dropped my car off I was in there for a total of 5 minutes and when I picked it up I was there for 2 minutes. Fast, quick and prompt. As I rolled up in my 2010 Jetta wagon with the huge pano roof, one of the guys immediately greeted me and said "broken sunshade?" I said yup. He quickly quoted me a price that was half of what others who had the same issue said they were quoted. He said while he couldn't do it at that moment he suggested I come back the following week. Temps were pushing 100 today and I figured I should get it done. I brought along my laptop figuring I would be there more than the quoted 20 minutes since I was just walking in. When I arrived, they immediately pulled my car in and started the job and yes I was done in about 20 minutes and didn't get a chance to do the work that I thought I would have time to do...damn them for being so efficient and delivering what they promised. The did suggest that I tint all the windows to help keep the heat out (and make the Sportwagen THAT much sportier looking), I said I would be afraid of my dog scratching the tinting. He said 3M has a new durable and would hold up and it is warranted. The then offered me a price that was less than I expected and less than I was charged by one of my suppliers 10 years ago when I was selling cars. If you are going to get window tinting. Save yourself some time and make Premier your first and only stop. read more

These guys are awesome. I had them install paint protection film on about 1/3 of my Grand Cherokee and they did an excellent job. I had a lot of questions, to the point of being a pest, and Garrett was very patient and knowledgeable with his answers. Garrett worked with me on my concern about some bad weather rolling through town the day after the film was getting installed (Friday) and let me keep my car in his shop over the weekend. Garrett then went above and beyond my expectations when he called me, after the storm had passed, on Saturday (when they are closed) to let me know he would come pick me up to get my car if I wanted.
