I requested a quote and Garret replied in a very timely manner. I checked around at other 5 star shops, and he had the lowest quote by $20. Additionally this was the shop recommended by Dolan Toyota where my husband bought his 4runner that we really like the tint on. Ultimately we chose this shop because of the price quote and the brand of tint being 3M which is well known quality brand. I dropped off my car at 7:30, he said it would only take maybe 30 minutes but had planned to come back at lunch already. Came back, they explained there would be a few bubbles for a couple days but they would evaporate. And also ended up charging me less than the quote. 5 days later and the tint rocks! Keeps my black car so much cooler. I want to come back and do clear ceramic on the windshield to help with uv protection eventually as well. read more

Meh, perfectly explains my experience here. Made an appointment about a week out for window tint, was told bring it in by 8am and it will be done in 3 hours. We arrived a little early and asked to be the first car in if possible as there was a need for the car later in the day. 11am comes and goes, plans for later in the day have to be cancelled. Around 3 pm we make the call to check on the car and are informed it was done earlier. Hmmm, no call to notify us it was complete even after asking if it could be the first in, they said that the other guy left to Carson which was why we didn't get a call. So only one guy knows how to use the phone? That's quite odd. They informed us it was done at 1pm. Still no bueno as that was 2 hours after the promised time. Garrett says we were expected to just show up 3 hours later and that's why he didn't call, but that would have left us sitting there for 2 more hours while they completed the job. As for the quality of their work, I'd say 7/10. The tint had some edges that weren't pressed down properly along with some air bubbles/dirt under the tint on 3 of the 5 windows. I was really hoping this shop did 10/10 work as I have 2 other cars that need tint and paint film, bummed it turned out like a budget shop at "premier' pricing. Make sure to check for stray razor blades so your kids and/or pets don't get cut, I found one they left in my car along with a pile of scrap tint they should have picked up! There are other more reputable shops in town that do better work for the same price. Plus they will treat you better, as the owner here had an awful attitude during our interactions. EDIT* After exchanging a few messages with Garrett, the owner of Premier, I should add to this review. He did refund the money paid for the poor tinting job that he did on my vehicle. This was also after doing a poor job at removing it, of which, I'm reminded every day. After he removed the tint from my rear window, the defroster no longer functions as it appears he ruined the metal lines with the razor blade instead of steaming the tint off as it should have been. It worked prior to the installation/removal of the tint. There is still glue residue on several windows as well. Garrett has yet to own up to the rear defroster fail nor has he made any effort to correct the glue or destruction of the defroster lines. As for the other car he mentioned, which I was supposed to have him put PPF on, I'm still trying to figure out what happened there. He claims my referral told him not to work on my car, oddly I spoke to said individual and this in not the case. To start, I made an appointment over 3 weeks ahead of time to drop off my car for installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF), i.e. clear bra. He had no hesitation in setting up my appointment and even agreed during this conversation to stay 1/2 hour after his scheduled closing time so I could get home from work to pick up the car and drop it off at his shop. The car was not registered so that involved getting the car loaded onto a trailed the evening before and then unloading it at his shop. Upon unloading I went to the shop door to find it locked with lights out and no one there. So I called the number on the door, Garrett answers and says he already left and won't return for the evening. He offers for me to leave it in the lot and to shove the key under the shop's garage door. Not a great way to treat someone that's made every effort to be professional and courteous to him (this occurred prior to the previous removal of the tint mentioned above, so I can't figure out why I was treated so poorly). So I had to load the car back onto the trailer and go home. I then tried contacting him the next morning as that was when the work was scheduled to be completed, he replied that he would call me when he got to the shop and I've not received any call from him since. Overall I really wish I would have had a great experience here as many others have but after giving him several chances and getting burned each time I have decided it's best that someone else in town receives my business. read more

I had the front end clear bra,window tinting, and headlight eyelids done at Premier at the end of 2019 the quality was great. My front bumper clear bra ended up being damaged and I had someone other than Premier try to remove and replace the clear bra and it was horrible. I was back in Reno from Vegas and made sure I made an Appointment to get it redone. Garret was extremely fast and helpful at responding and getting me scheduled in. Coming from Vegas I know who does good tint or not. It's not as easy as spray, apply. You have to pay close attention to all the edges and details. And I've gotta tell ya Taylor did all that and more. I let he did 5 of my E350 windows. He did so good I came back 2nd time to have my windshield done as well. For those who's not familiar with which tint to choose and which color he'll explain it throughly to you. I chose the ceramic so that from inside your car looking out the windows don't look as dark as regular tint but you still get the privacy. I contacted them asking for a quote for window tint on my Tesla Model 3. All windows except sunroof and including the windshield. They gave me a quote and we set an appointment. I visited the shop the day before my appointment just to confirm the arrangements and to discuss window tint strength. No appointment on the schedule but sure, we can do the job tomorrow. When I dropped off the car the next day they were ready for me, but when I picked the car they had failed to do the windshield, claiming that they were out of tint. Clearly they had no intention of doing the windshield and I can understand why, I've talked to other detailers and tint experts who said they don't do Tesla windshields. Rather than tell me that they don't do windshields and have me take the car somewhere else, they said they could do it even though they don't. They failed to get my appointment on the schedule, lied to me when I dropped off the car and said "no issues we'll have it ready," with no mention of not having enough tint. Judging from the reviews of others they don't have any problem doing windshields for everything except Teslas. If you want your Tesla windshield done, don't take your car here! read more

I have been wanting to do something special to personalize my 2005 Corvette interior, you know, make it mine. I did some research and decided a vinyl wrap of the console would be just enough of a modification to make me happy. I don't have experience with vinyl, so it's not a job I wanted to do myself. I pulled the dash and console components I wanted wrapped and took them to the shop. Vincent at Premier Tint agreed to take on the painstaking task of giving my dash piece and center console a vinyl wrap. Told me one price over the phone and raised the price by $500 when my car was delivered to his shop from out of state! Kept promising me that he would get to my car the next day. Finally worked on my car One week later. Told me that he would wash my car to "remove all the sh.t" before putting on the clear bra and never did! Put the clear bra on a dirty surface on an expensive car! Told me that he would remove the emblems on the car prior to putting on the clear bra on the entire car "to make the clear bra blend in better and I do it all the time on this type of car." Turned out that he has never removed the emblems on my kind of car before and ended up cutting the clear bra around the emblems. Told me that he would apply ceramic coating on the car after I agreed to the jacked up price and never did. When I asked him if he applied ceramic coating on the car, after I picked up the car and paid him, he told me to bring my car somewhere else! Are you freaking kidding me? Doesn't even know how to take care of the clear bra post installation. When I asked if I should wax clear bra post installation, he told me that "no, don't do that, it will damage the clear bra" even though manufacturer website said to wash and wax clear bra post installation. Stay away from this arrogant brick for brain! His work is not better than other places in town such as Sierra Invisible Shields. The people at Sierra Invisible Shiels are friendly and appreciate your business, unlike this arrogant brick! I did not believe the other negative reviews at first but now I do, after experiencing it first hand! STAY AWAY!! EDITED TO ADD BECAUSE OF THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: After I wrote this review, I was contacted by Garrett threatening me in a very hostile manner to remove this review. The below response is his way of deflecting off him not doing his job well and creating a false narrative to make himself look good. He offered us promo hats and said he "only gives them to his best customers" then turned around and said we stole them. I paid him $3,5000. I don't need to steal cheap hats, especially ones with the store logo on them. I did not receive any free services. You can see for yourself how he treats a (repeat) customer. I hate to write a bad review for these guys. They were very nice and attempted to tint my car last winter. The tint kept peeling up and they told me to bring the car back. I did that and they fixed it. Within a couple days it started peeling again. They told me I needed to come in and have it removed. They said it wouldn't adhere due to cold weather. They needed to redo it in the summer. I told I was going to sell the car and asked if they would redo the tint job on my next car since it the job didn't work on my car. They said they would tint my next car for free. I made an appointment and my wife showed up. They said they would only tint one window for free since my old car only had an issue with one window. It has been months and I have left several messages for the owner to call me back and never heard back . I have wasted several days and countless hours dealing with them and the poor tint work. I am very frustrated and feel that they have let me down and wasted my time. read more

Had an appointment with Garrett for tint on my car. At first I was just going with basic tint for $80 just to do the front. But due to my car already have light tint, he said it would be better for next upgrade for better color match with the back of my car. The price we agreed upon was $120.
