I came here with a custom print that I wanted on a t-shirt that I bought through this place and was helped by the owners daughter since he was out of town. She was very helpful and nice. She works for the same school district as my mother and I do. I bought two shirts with their own images and paid in full on the spot when my mother, brother and I placed the orders. We explained how we went to this other place in Montebello that had horrible customer service and were so happy to come to a t-shirt shop that seemed professional. We explained how excited we were to have these custom t-shirts made and how they were for an upcoming convention. Ten days later we received a call from tony "the artist" that our order was complete. My mother picked them up and didn't like the look of the finished products but brought them home anyway. When my brother and I looked at our shirts we were both disappointed as one of the shirt images was literally 8 1/2 x 11 and the image on the other t-shirt was considerably smaller. I called the owner and I let him know that my mother picked up the shirts and they were nothing like what my brother, mother and I expected and wanted to see if there was any way we could please have them redone. We would like to return these. He asked what was wrong with them and I let him know that the images on both shirts were just too small. Without a pause he said that I should have specified that when I placed the order. I let him know that the person who helped me (I didn't tell him that it was his daughter) said that the "artist" who will be making the shirts will decide on the size of the image so it wouldn't be too pixelated. I said that that didn't matter as long as it was BIG on the shirt (8 1/2x11 is not BIG on a DOUBLE EXTRA LARGE shirt! ). The owner said that because these shirts were custom made for us he could not take them back as no one else would buy them so they were of no use to him. If we wanted new shirts with new "specifications" it would be a new order that we would have to pay for ( no discounted rate ) he looked up the order that we had placed and said that the images on the shirts were as big as they could possibly be. So I said : "so even if you wanted to refund us or we wanted to pay for a new order, you couldn't remake our order to our specifications? (at least a little bigger than 8 1/2x11 really?!?!?!) . He said that's correct. I pointed out "then why would I go back to your shop?". I admit that I sarcastically said "ok well thanks for your time". The quality that I got was literally the image size of a piece of copy paper.... As a matter of fact go to Michael's and save some money and buy t-shirt iron-on printer transfers because that's what I basically over-paid for. The daughter of the shop was awesome but her father just lost future customers. My mother was going to buy her shirt here next week but after seeing these shirts she's decided on going somewhere else. Maybe it's because these shirts had images of drag queens on them and we were buying them for Rupauls Dragcon in May I dunno but something about him not wanting to keep paying customers doesn't make sense. His store is full of shirts with images bigger than a sheet of copy paper. Maybe he's just a bigot? read more

I'll go ahead and write the first review for this great shop. I've had them print tshirts with 2 colors for a car club and they were great. Turn around was about 2 weeks based on the fact that I was not in a hurry. My Fiance had them print 1 custom shirt for herself to wear on my birthday one year and again, amazing job. Turn around was less than 1 week. Most recently I had them print girl tank tops for my fiance' bridesmaids and those turned out amazing as well. It was a total of 7 shirts and they were all flawless. Turn around was 1 week. Needless to say, they have developed a reputation for quality work after completing 3 jobs for me. Well hi I'm the little brother and I want to share my experience with this shop . We walked into the shop and it looked really good there were shirts with giant pictures on them & and great examples . We ordered our shirts (that had drag queens on them ) and everything was smooth sailing ... Until me and my brother saw them . They were terrible . They were so small . Mine only took up a tiny portion of the shirt and my brothers was about the size of a standard sheet of paper. I did not like mine . When we ordered we said we wanted BIG like really BIG. And this was a disappointment . We called back asking for some sort of refund and the owner said we didn't specify what we wanted . -_- we said BIG . The person we spoke to originally (his daughter) said it was up to the artists but we said BIG we didn't care if it would pixelated or whatever . This is my second time going to Premiere, the first time they made me an awesome shirt for my daughters volleyball games that said "i can't she has volleyball" wore it to nationals in SD and got so many compliments! This time they helped me out with trying to replicate a cartoon characters dress for a Halloween costume! Without them my little one wouldve had to wear a typical store bought costume lol. He was very professional , from the moment we started working on the designs . He made the graphics for all my signs. The front door, entry window and parking lot sign . Great turn around time .
