Alex was fast, efficient and cleaned up after his work leaving me a spotless room and a perfectly mounted TV. After such great service, I hired 495 Home Services a second time to hang a giant banner on the side of my company's building. There were a few structural challenges with mounting the banner, and Alex and Julio troubleshooted every issue that came up and within a couple hours had this banner mounted securely, perfectly centered and level. (And on the hottest and most miserably humid day of the summer, they did it with smiles on their faces.) After the banner I had one more job for 495 Home Services. However after reading multiple Yelp reviews and sending a private message to a customer and receiving her feedback, I decided to call the company to get an estimate on some projects. Alex immediately emailed me to confirm a day to conduct the estimation and also provided his cellphone number, by texting me. Alex and his staff were very professional and I am super happy with the outcome. I wanted to surprise my parents with renovating their home and I told Alex the timeline. He worked with me to ensure that everything would be completed on time. He is also very knowledgeable, so if you are unsure as to how something would look etc, he will give you an honest opinion. I also felt comfortable working with him because he was easy to get in contact with and very trustworthy. She promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up to my place on time with measuring tools. Then, she had Fabrizio come in to answer and discuss questions about the paint job itself. I needed a quick turnaround, and they were able to schedule me for painting the next day. Fabrizio is a perfectionist and really cares about his craft. With very short notice, Zack squeezed me into his extremely busy schedule in order to finish my home so I could move in on time, and get me out of a temporary apartment nightmare. I think what's important for this review is noting how professional they were throughout the project. Kayla, who is the company co-founder, initially met with me to understand what I was trying to accomplish, and what my concerns were with the project (timing, cost, and symmetry). She spent a considerable amount of time designing the wall according to my specifications and helped me understand details that I had not even considered. Eric, her co-founder, and husband drew out the wall in detail so that we could see exactly what the re-built wall would look like. I am not sure if it was then, or when they covered my whole living room in plastic to prevent dust, that I knew their work was going to exceed my expectations. It did, and it is so spectacular that you cannot tell that the new wall was not always there. They matched every detail in symmetry and color and added very professional lighting.
