The mantle mount sticks out beyond my stone 2" instead of being flush, they did not replace the stone they chiseled out above my fireplace, and I had an electrician call me several days after I paid Matt with a $350 quote to put in outlets (that I assumed were included). I finally found time to play with this mount and found that there are broken bolts that were never swapped out, the TV is crooked, and all the screws are loose. I had to supervise and coach Matt's team through several glaring issues that should never have been present if they had taken this project with care, as if it were their own. They appeared to be in a hurry to leave, and that they probably had bitten off more than they could chew. I should never have paid him until I was happy. I had given Matt several opportunities to prevent this review, but he's not responded to attempts to reach out to him. I went with Matt because he was cheaper. I won't make this mistake again.
